Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat mengenai electronic word of mouth, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan serta untuk mengetahui pengeruhnya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada e-commerca Lazada yang berada di wilayah Bandung timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling insidental. dan teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden yang diteliti adalah 115 responden yang diambil dari wilayah Bandung timur. Serta pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukan Masih kurang baiknya electronic word of mouth tentang Lazada, kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga akan berdampak pada turunnya loyalitas pelanggan. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan Lazada dapat memperbaii kembali pelayanan penjual dan pelayanan dari pihak Lazada sendiri. Supaya tidak ada lagi keluhan maupun komentar negatif dari pelanggan.

Abstract

The utilization of solar energy as an alternative energy to generate electricity using photovoltaic (PV) connected to the grid / battery  that is still working through the night has been developed in Indonesia. The use of these technologies can be done anywhere, one of which can be applied in the maritime industry. There is a electronic center room at KR. Baruna Jaya 8 that requires electric power supply continuously. Electronic Center must still be fed from the battery in the worst conditions or blackout occurs to get the delay time to turn off all the equipment and securing data. The room is supplied from the distribution panel of electronic center with a capacity of 30 kVA, 230V, 50 Hz which will redesign using PV systems - Battery. PV is connected to an inverter that can supply the power needs in the Electronic Center room. The results of simulation using PSIM software shows that the PV system can generate 25.5 kW of supply the distribution panel of Electronic Center as a substituent of fossil fuel power plants that used previously.

Abstract

Simulasi penyajian kapasitor MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) ini menggunakan perangkat lunak COMSOL Multiphysics 5.0.Penelitian ini terdiri dari merancang dan menyetel atau tining kapasitor pelat paralel yang dapat diatur secara elektrostatis untuk mendapatkan peningkatan nilai kapasitansi. Menyetel nilai kapasitansi dengan mengubah parameter desain kapasitor telah dilakukan dan ditunjukkan dengan 3 cara yaitu: dengan mengubah bahan dielektrik, mengurangi ketinggian pegas, dan memperluas area kapasitor.

Abstract

Suatu sistem kelistrikan seharusnya memiliki keandalan dan keamanan sistem, hal ini sangat diperlukan pada sistem tenaga listrik untuk melindungi peralatan?peralatan yang ada pada saluran, seperti generator, trafo, beban, dan lain-lain. PT. Bramindo Niaga Pratama selaku pihak kontraktor akan melakukan pemasangan differential relay untuk pertama kalinya pada sistem generator yang terletak di Panel Sub Station E Bandar Udara I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali. Dari analisa didapatkan nilai Arus hubung singkat terkecil dari arus hubung singkat dua fasa yaitu sebesar 50,837 A maka diambil 30% yang didapat dari perhitungan setting relay. 50,837A × 30% = 15.251A , dikarenakan setting differential relay yang didapat dari hasil perhitungan arus setting sebesar 0,0039 A maka, arus sebesar 15,251 A lebih dari cukup untuk membuat differential relay bekerja (trip), Nilai ini menjadi acuan untuk setting differential relay generator pada Panel Sub Station E. Dari hasil simulasi pada saat gangguan didalam zona proteksi Differential Relay,CT 1 menunjukkan bahwa short circuit pada If1 = 0,076 kA dan pada CT 2 If2 = 0,026 kA, maka relay akan bekerja.

Abstract

Load Frequency Control (LFC) had a vital role in the power system. To supply excellent quality electricity, LFC was required as the frequency stabilizer in the power plant because electrical energy should have a stable frequency (49–51 Hz in Indonesia). The unstable frequency in the power plant could potentially damage the household electronic devices that used the electricity from the power plant. The electrical energy frequency was influenced by generator speed rotation. When the load was high, the generator would have a slower rotation speed. The opposite also occurred; when the load was low, the generator rotation speed would increase. Thus, a surge in frequency would happen and could damage electronic devices. The LFC was the solution to this problem. This article used LFC equipped with Integral control and Proportional Integral simulated using MATLAB-SIMULINK and then conducted a comparison on both controllers.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 2 Kulisusu is one of the schools in North Buton Regency which is the object of research by researchers because student learning outcomes are still low. The purposes of this study are: (1) To see a picture of student learning activities through the application of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model in class X IIS 1 of SMA Negeri 2 Kulisusu; (2) To see the description of teacher teaching activities through the application of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model in class X IIS 1 of SMA Negeri 2 Kulisusu; (3) To see a picture of an increase in the learning outcomes of grade X IIS 1 students at SMA Negeri 2 Kulisusu by using the Think Talk Write learning model. The data in this study are qualitative and quantitative data obtained from observation sheets and learning outcomes tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that: (1) in the first cycle the average score of student learning activities was 2,4 which was categorized sufficiently increased in the second cycle to 3,6 which was categorized as good; (2) in the first cycle the average score of the teaching activities of the teachers was 2,5 which was categorized sufficiently increased in the second cycle to 3,6 which was categorized as good; and (3) an increase in geography learning outcomes of students of class X IIS 1 of SMA Negeri 2 Kulisusu from cycle I to cycle II. In the first cycle showed that 21 students who scored   75 with an average value of 75,3. Furthermore, the results of the second cycle test showed a significant increase because there were 28 students who scored   75 with an average score of 81,3.

Abstract

Economic Dispatch adalah meminimalkan biaya pembangkitan khususnya bahan bakar, namun juga meminimalkan emisi gas buang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh biaya pembangkitan yang paling minimum dengan mempertimbangkan Valve-point effect pada suatu kondisi pembebanan tertentu pada sistem tenaga dengan metode Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Untuk melihat tingkat keakuratan PSO akan dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional yaitu metode Lagrange. Kedua metode tersebut diaplikasikan pada sistem IEEE 30 bus. Hasil Simulasi metode PSO menunjukkan pada beban sebesar 980 MW, metode PSO menghasilkan biaya pembangkitan minimum sebesar 49354.28 $/h dan biaya pembangkitan mempertimbangkan VPE sebesar 49354.26 $/h dengan total emission 9.39 ton/h. Sedangkan metode Lagrange biaya pembangkitan sebesar 49354.28 $/h dan biaya pembangkitan mempertimbangkan VPE sebesar 49354.27 $/h dengan total emission 9.40 ton/hr. Dari semua studi kasus yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) dapat meminimalkan biaya pembangkitan dan mengoptimalkan emisi dibandingkan dengan metode Lagrange.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan pada ungrounded system adalah tidak adanya titik netral atau titik pentanahan. Pada penelitian ini diaplikasikan transformator zig-zag sebagai transformator pentanahan (grounding transformer), karena salah satu aplikasinya adalah menyediakan titik netral. Metode yang digunakan Reverse Asbuilt transformer design method, dimana metode ini digunakan untuk desain transformator zig-zag dengan menghitung jumlah, dimensi dan jenis material yang akan digunakan. Untuk simulasi sistem distribusi menggunakan software ETAP, Simulasi hubung singkat phasa ke tanah pada ungrounded system menggunakan 2 transfomator pentanahan, yaitu transformator zig-zag dan transformator standar YNd5. Nilai hubung singkat phasa ke tanah ketika menggunakan transformator zig-zag yaitu 29.99 ampere dengan suhu kumparan saat hubung singkat 150.85°C

Abstract

Conventional DC motors often experience problems that require regular maintenance. The use of conventional DC motors can be replaced with Brushless DC (BLDC) motors. This BLDC motor has good efficiency and durability. Increasing the ability of BLDC motors can be done by speed regulation using the Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) method combined with Firefly Algorithm. Testing this method uses matlab 2014a. The firefly algorithm can obtain parameter values of Kp, Ki, and Kd which are then used as PID input. Because of inaccuracies in determining the value of a constant in PID and can cause the length of time to reach the desired speed. BLDC motor speed regulation with the PID method combined with firefly algorithm can make the BLDC motor reach synchronous faster

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of layer composition and the ratio of citric acid-sucrose as well as the interaction of both of them to the optimum quality of the particleboards. Particleboards were made in sizes 30 cm x 30 cm x 1 cm with a target density of 0.7 gr/cm3. Particleboards were prepared by hot pressing at temperature of 160 oC for 20 minutes with a pressure of 25 kg/cm2. Particleboards consists of 3 layers with a composition of layers, namely f/b70: c30, f/b60: c40, and f/b50: c50, with a surface layer (face, back) made form of sago stem bark and core layers made form of pulp sago.  Ratio of citric acid-sucrose in this study was varied from 0/100, 25/75, 75/25, and 100/0. Particleboards testing refers to standard JIS A 5908-2003 Type 8. The results showed that the layer composition had a significant effect on density, water absorption, internal bond (IB), and screw holding strenght. Meanwhile ratio of citrid acid-sucrose significantly affected the water content, water absorption, thickness development, MOE, MOR, internal bond (IB), and screw holding strenght. The interaction beetwen the composition layer factor and ratio of citrid acid-sucrose has a significant effect on water content, thickness development, MOE, MOR, and internal bond (IB). The best particleboards is in the treatment with the composition of the layer f/b70: c30 and the ratio of citric acid-sucrose 25/75 with a density value of 0.7675 gr/cm3, a moisture content of 7.5939%, modulus of rupture (MOR) 161.4350 kg/cm2, and the screw holding strength is 66.1930 kg/cm2.Keyword: citrid acid-sucrose, composition of layers, dregs and fibers of sago, particleboardsAbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh komposisi lapisan dan perbandingan asam sitrat-sukrosa serta interaksi keduanya terhadap kualitas papan partikel yang optimum. Papan partkel dibuat dengan ukuran 30 cm x 30 cm x 1 cm dengan target kerapatan 0,7 gr/cm3. Papan partikel dikempa panas pada suhu 160 oC selama 20 menit dengan tekanan 25 kg/cm2. Papan partikel terdiri dari 3 lapisan dengan komposisi lapisan yaitu f/b70 : c30, f/b60 : c40, dan f/b50 : c50,  dengan lapisan permukaan (face, back) berupa serat kulit batang sagu dan lapisan inti (core) berupa ampas sagu. Rasio asam sitrat-sukrosa dalam penelitian ini bervariasi 0/100, 25/75, 75/25, dan 100/0. Pengujian papan partikel mengacu pada standar JIS A 5908-2003 Type 8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  faktor komposisi lapisan berpengaruh nyata terhadap kerapatan, daya serap air, keteguhan rekat internal (IB) dan kuat pegang sekrup.  Sedangkan faktor rasio perekat asam sitrat sukrosa berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar air, daya serap air, pengembangan tebal, MOE, MOR, keteguhan rekat internal (IB), dan kuat pegang sekrup. Interaksi antara faktor komposisi lapisan dan rasio asam sitrat-sukrosa berpengaruh nyata terhadap daya serap air, pengembangan tebal, MOE, MOR, dan keteguhan rekat internal (IB). Papan partikel terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan dengan komposisi lapisan f/b70 : c30 dan perbandingan asam sitrat-sukrosa 25/75 dengan nilai kerapatan 0,7675 gr/cm3, kadar air 7,5939 %, keteguhan patah (MOR) 161,4350 kg/cm2, dan kuat pegang sekrup 66,1930 kg/cm2.
