Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out that intrapersonal intelligence has a positive influence on students' mathematical reasoning abilities in the 258 Jakarta Middle School. In addition, the author tries to prove Gardner's opinion that intrapersonal intelligence is not a superior need compared to other intelligences. Survey research method with data analysis techniques using random sampling techniques. The number of samples used was 72 students. In the normality test using Chi-square test, some conclusions can be drawn as follows: The results of the study show that the results of significant regression testing with F test obtained F count = 2.47 by taking a significance level of a = 5% and F table = 2.0 so that F count> It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of intrapersonal intelligence on students 'mathematical reasoning abilities and the contribution of intrapersonal intelligence to students' mathematical reasoning abilities of 8.032%.

Abstract

Malnutrition on the Indonesian infant was the main problem to get optimally healthy for infant. There were some programs to infant which made by government to rehabilitate nutrition status of infant. one of them was posyandu (integrated service post). The action of posyandu is done by cadre. The data told about presenting infant in Posyandu haven’t yet fulfilled the best target; they had problem that need the best way to solve it. The aim of this study is to determine effect of additional feeding in presenting infant at Posyandu. This was observational study by analytical method. The writer used secondary data that consist of visiting posyandu and additional feeding infant that observed by checklist. There was 80 respondents. The result showed that there was 6o infants (80%) from 80 infants are given by PMT (additional feeding), and 48 infants (80%) come to posyandu, then 12 infants (12%) didn’t come to posyandu. The result of Chi square is known by chi square count > chi square table (6,77>3,841). The analysis of chi square showed that additional feeding by self?financing could affected presenting infants in posyandu. Additional feeding self-financing is proven to support presenting infant in posyandu. The hoped from communities by awareness self in presenting infant in posyandu is daily activities to need be done therefore without additional feeding, so that Indonesian infant gets the health services optimally.Keyword: additional, feeding, presenting, Posyandu

Abstract

This thesis in the result of research that expressed the fight of main character, a teenager in reacing her aspiration to continue to the higher education, beside that describe another character the support her to fight her aspiration. The method that used in this research is qualified method. The qualified research strategic method is analyzing that describe the data in this thesis in the form of teenage?s to fight her freedom to determine her fortune in learning fight not only done in big cities but also in small village. The research can be concluded that the fight women in dwilogi novel Sekar created by Muttaqwiati said that the writer is a women, capable to describe the effort of main character Sekar as village teenager that fight for her aspiration to continue to the higher education (high Scholl) beside that also describe?s fight. The implication in learning are in volving the role of students, contain vertical value, where adulth women can do the religion order freely. More over there are feminis value. The feminis value can be applicated on students in the form of respecting parents, have high learning aspiration, work, ethic, and high independence.

Abstract

Pembinaan tumbuh kembang anak secara komprehenship dan berkualitas dilakukan pada masa kritis melalui kegiatan ?stimulasi, deteksi dan intervensi dini? penyimpangan tumbuh kembang balita. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan yang menyeluruh dan terkoordinasi, diselenggarakan dalam bentuk kemitraan antara keluarga ( orang tua, pengasuh anak dan anggota keluarga lainnya), masyarakat (kader,tokoh masyarakat, organisasi profesi, lembaga swadaya masyarakat) dan tenaga profesional (kesehatan, pendidikan dan sosial). Peran serta guru PAUD sebagai salah satu sasaran tidak langsung pada pelaksanaan SDIDTK diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas tumbuh kembang anak usia dini dan kesiapan memasuki jenjang pendidikan formal. Di Kecamatan Socah terdapat 292 anak usia pra sekolah, dengan jumlah PAUD dan TK sebanyak 35 sekolah dan sebagian besar guru PAUD dan TK yang ada belum pernah mendapatkan pengetahuan ataupun pelatihan tentang SDIDTK. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan ini, dari 30 guru PAUD/TK yang mengikuti kegitan, untuk pengukuran pertumbuhan dan semua guru PAUD/TK sudah dapat melakukan dengan benar. Sedangkan untuk pengukuran perkembangan, pada saat dilakukan evaluasi kegiatan yang pertama masih ada yang belum bisa melakukan dengan benar penilaian perkembangan dengan menggunakan KPSP namun pada saat evaluasi kedua dan ketiga semua guru PAUD/TK sudah dapat melakukan dengan benar.

Abstract

This  research  aims  to  understand  how  the  influence  of  motivation, compensation  and workplace on the performance of employees at department office social  man power  and  transmigration the city of Yogyakarta bot  a partial as well as simultaneous or together. The population on this research is Employees who worked at social department office of  manpower and transmigration city of Yogyakarta. The sample collection  technique  in  this  research  use  of  sampling  methods  purposive. The total sample taken in this research as many  81 respondents. The source of data from the study  used  data  primary  obtained  from  the  results  of  questionnaires  compiled  using likert scale. This study using data analysis techniques is the quantitative analysis (linear regression analysis double, t test and test f). Test results t show that the significance of the variables ( x1 ) 0,007 value <  α = 0.05, then motivation influential significantly to employee performance, then motivation influential significantly to employee performance, variable compensation ( x2 ) 0,038 < value  α  =  0.05  then compensation significant of the performance of  employees and variable workplace (x3) 0,048  <  value α = 0.05 and a significant effect on the employees in social department office of manpower and transmigration the city of Yogyakarta.
