Generasi muda pelanjut masa depan bangsa Indonesia harus memiliki keterampilan berbahasa asing yang memadai, khususnya bahasa Inggris. Bahasa asing ini dibutuhkan guna mendukung pengetahuan utama yang dimilikinya, seperti pengetahuan agama, politik, hukum, ekonomi, sastra, matematika, biologi, kimia, teknik, kedokteran, dan lain-lain. Olehnya itu saat ini tidak bisa dielakkan lagi bahwa persaingan dunia global dan daya saing memicu berbagai kalangan masyarakat perlu melakukan kiat-kiat strategis dalam melakukan ekspansi secara global.Tuntutan terpenuhinya sumber daya manusia dengan daya saing tinggi mendorong lembaga pendidikan agama juga ikut bergerak memasukkan bahasa Inggris sebagai bagian dari muatan kurikulum belajar. Lembaga pendidikan agama yang dimaksud mulai dari sekolah-sekolah agama seperti Madrasah hingga yang terendah, yakni TPA Al Qurâan. Santri pada TPA Al Qurâan perlu diberi penekanan untuk belajar bahasa Inggris sebab mereka merupakan generasi pemula dengan gairah belajar dan bermain yang tinggi. Usia peka mereka terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan berbahasa asing perlu dimanfaatkan. Jadi bahasa Inggris diajarkan kepada mereka sebatas keterampilan dasar atau perkenalan saja.

There are three main discussions in this article, namely: the nature of beneficiaries, beneficiaries concept in Al-Qurâan and Hadist explanation. Basically, beneficiaries related to human interests. The beneficiaries are something which is regarded by the common sense because of the good and avoiding damage to humans. When a clash between some benefits occurs, it is something that is a matter of high priority is the beneficiaries. In the Qurâan and Sunnah, there are a lot of information about the purpose and wisdom establishment of syaraâ law either globally or in detail.

Islamic doctrine is viewed as rahmatan lil alamin. But it still needs big question. Then it is not only based on the application aspect, but also rahmatan lil alaminâs consept. Besides as academic intelectual activities, quarrying the rahmatan lil alaminâs consept, this information era, also by the future observer state that involvement of the academic intelectual workings urgent dan to be needed to overcome the lifeâs problems nowadays. So radicalism and terrorism in this view, are not separated with rahmatan lil alamin of Islamic doctrine views. This writing discourses the central theme, namely; As Islamic doctrine and its relevance of local wisdem, how is the rahmatan lil alaminâs consept. The study answers questions: First, what are radicalism and terrorism term? Second, as a big Islam vision or mision, how is the Rahmatan lil alamimâs concept? Thirt, how is the local wisdem (Bugisnessâs ethnic) as culture basis humanity? Fourth, how is the local culture development and Islam in the context of amar makruf nahi munkar: terrorism and radicalism bid to prevention?. The last, this writing gives birth to viewings that Islam concept is rahmatan lil alamin, have views about humanity, freedom of expression, wisdom, ect.

Man as an individual attempts into reality all his potential, both physical and spiritual potential. Physical is the body that is material, palpable, and real. Spiritual or soul is the human element that is spiritual, intangible, can not be touched or captured by the senses. This mental element consists of three types, namely reason, sense, and will. Human beings try to fulfill their own interests or the pursuit of happiness. His action motive is to meet their needs which include physical and spiritual needs, emphasis on self-interest led to individualistic nature within the individual concerned. In addition, in the interests of self-fulfillment factor also makes the individual will be competing for it. Based on the nature of human nature as an individual, it can be seen that manâs dignity, human beings have the basic rights, every human being has a unique potential, and every human being has an interest to meet her needs. On the other hand, people in social groups, such as living state, are bound to the norms as a result of the interaction of man himself. Attachment to the norm is the attachment to respect for others. So, if the individual dimension, emerging basic human rights then in this social dimension, appears fundamental freedoms. The basic obligation of humans being is the respect for basic rights of others and the applicable norms in society. This article describes the position of monolithic humans being.

Abstract : The discourse of gender is an issue that can not be avoided as warm and engaging conversation. Many times a woman to occupy an important position hindered simply because she was a woman. For example, Megawati Soekarno Putri had thwarted attempted to become president when the president of the Republic of Indonesia succession under the pretext she was a woman. The desire to fail this by using religious justification quoting verses from the Qur'an and the hadiths of the Prophet. Sometimes used religion as a shield to strengthen the argument for the sake of group opinion. Therefore, this article tries to discuss about religious views on gender, particularly the Islamic perspective in the context of the role of women in society. Then also track views of scholars on the subject. Keywords : Women, Gender, Religion, Islam.Abstrak : Wacana gender merupakan isu yang tidak dapat dihindari karena merupakan perbincangan hangat dan menarik. Banyak kasus seorang wanita terhalang menduduki posisi penting hanya karena dia adalah seorang wanita. Sebagai contoh, Megawati Soekarno Putri yang dijagal untuk menjadi presiden dalam proses suksesi Presiden Republik Indonesia dengan dalih dia adalah seorang wanita. Keinginan untuk menggagalkan ini justru didasarkan pada justifikasi agama mengutip ayat-ayat dari AlQur'an dan hadits. Agama dijadikan perisai untuk memperkuat argumen demikepentingan pendapat kelompok. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini mencoba untuk membahas tentang pandangan agama tentang gender, khususnya perspektif Islam dalam konteks peran perempuan dalam masyarakat. Selain itu juga akan melacak pandangan ulama tentang hal ini.

This journal discusses about the performance of the principal. Assessment is a systematic effort of collecting, organizing, managing and interpreting data, facts and information (which can be accounted for) with the aim of concluding the value or rating of one's competence in one type or area of expertise of the educational personality such as the principal. The performance of the principal is the work done by the principal in carrying out the main tasks, functions and responsibilities in managing the school he or she is in. Procedures to be passed in the performance appraisal are working procedures and work steps since the process of understanding the performance starts from composing instruments and piloting, collecting data, analyzing data and preparing reports. The results of the principal's performance appraisal are used to improve the professionalism of the principal.

Supervision is a professional supervision, because it is also more specific in addition to observing academic activities that are based on scientific ability, and the approach is no longer the usual management supervision, but more demanding democratic and humanistic professional abilities by education supervisions. Supervision carried out by supervisors using group techniques, namely through activities such as: orientation meetings, teacher meetings, group studies between teachers, discussions as an exchange of thoughts or opinions, workshops, sharing of experiences, panel discussions, seminars and symposiums. In addition to group supervision techniques used also use individual techniques. Individual supervision techniques used by supervisors in carrying out teaching supervision programs such as class visits, classroom observations, intervisitation, self-assessment, teaching demonstrations, and supervision bulletins. Based on the implementation of various academic supervision techniques, the teacher is expected to have competence so that the learning process is conducive.

Abstract: Media is a determinant factor to the success of learning process because it facilitates the instructional objective achievement. This assumption can be understood because the use of media in the learning process may stimulate the learners’ motivation and understanding towards presented materials. To select media, there are some points that must be considered like the targeted instructional objective, the learners’ characteristics, the learning construction, and so forth. By implementing media in the leraning process as well as considering many factors associating with the media in the learning process, the learning quality will be increased.
