Abstract

Palm oil is one of the main crops and seeds in Indonesia. In oil palm plantations, oil palm crops are the most important things. Oil palm crops in the right time and quantity are what the farmers want. Therefore, harvest prediction is needed to be used as reference of palm oil harvest target. Determination of harvest targets required a method that is able to predict the yield of oil palm. In this research, built a system of fuzzy inference with TSK method (Takagi Sugeno Kang), which aims to predict the yield of oil palm farmers. The fuzzy rules in the form of IF antecedent THEN are consequent, using consequent linear equations of the input variables. The coefficients of each variable of linear equation are consequently derived based on the expected yield of the harvest. The results of prediction testing of Palm Oil harvest production in 3 seasons, namely Dry Season, Rainy Season, Fertilization, input the number by values of variable with to the given range prove that the fuzzy inference of the TSK method can calculate palm oil crop predictions well.

Abstract

Public Information Location Service adalah informasi yang menyediakan lokasi layanan publik atau fasilitas umum. Fasilitas umum adalah fasilitas yang disediakan untuk kebutuhan umum atau publik. Saat ini terdapat banyak fasilitas umum dalam kehidupan sehari–hari yang menjadi pendukung aktivitas manusia. Pencarian lokasi fasilitas umum khususnya di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu masih menggunakan Google Map, meskipun di Google Maps sudah bisa menampilkan suatu lokasi, tetapi Google Maps tidak menampilkan detail informasi fasilitas yang ada di lokasi tersebut. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi untuk pendataan fasilitas publik atau umum Kabupaten Rokan Hulu berbasis android dengan konsep Location Based Service. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan menerapkan konsep Location Based Service pada aplikasi berbasis android untuk pendukung layanan smart city khususnya di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat atau wisatawan dalam bentuk informasi detail lokasi fasilitas umum yang ada di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Blackbox dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) semua fungsional pada aplikasi ini berfungsi dengan baik, dan dapat menunjukkan lokasi secara detail dan dapat berjalan pada perangkat mobile berbasis Android.

Abstract

PT. “X” Bangkinang branch in analyzing the feasibility of granting credit to prospective customers, are still using manual means with consideration of the results of the survey and the amount of salary prospects. With so many potential customers who apply that credit, the PT. “X ” Bangkinang branch having difficulty in making the right decision and quickly, therefor required an application that simultaneously can be used to processing the data, analyze the feasibility and send credit recommendations quickly, efficiently, and accurately. In this final, Fuzzy Association Rule is a method that is implemented for the recommendation whether or not potential customers were given credit by using several criteria which is, age, occupation, salary amount, character, security level salary and has a house or not, appropriate decisions based on rules recommended -rule or knowledge resulting from calculating the value of support, and confidence value of each first pattern grouped within a certain interval called the fuzzy sets. From the test results can be concluded that the method of fuzzy association rulemay result in the rules or knowledge to help the Credit analysts (CA) in decision-making prospects who deserve credit approval, but these systems do not have a dynamic menu that can add or reduce other supporting criteria for consideration of recommendations.

Abstract

Game development is supported by the increasingly sophisticated Android technology that exists either in the model or operating system. Android is one of the most sophisticated mobile phone operating systems today. One of the most popular and artificial intelligence games game in the world, such as COC (Clash of Clans) is a Strategy game where players build community, train troops, and attack other players to get gold, trophy, elixir and dark elixir , Build defenses that protect players from other players' attacks, and to train and improve the ability and number of troops .The application of artificial intelligence algorithm with Negamax algorithm optimized with Alpha Beta Pruning can reduce the searchspace so that the evaluation process can be done more quickly.

Abstract

The development of information technology brings us into a new world, a world where communication plays an important role in life. A variety of facilities are provided to meet all communication needs. The Faculty of Computer Science is one of the Faculties at Pasir Pengaraian University, at the Faculty of Computer Science also provides various information about teaching staff (lecturers), lectures, teaching schedules and so on. Management of information at this time is by the archive system on file folders with a long search process. Based on these problems a special lecturer profile information system was created at the Faculty of Computer Science. In the system built this has the advantage that the search time does not require a long time and can be accessed by all parties. With this system can help all parties who need lecturer data.
