Abstract

The objective of this study was to describe the ideal guarantee system of halal and thayib product from the juridical and politics aspects in the context of Indonesia. The research methodology is normative law research and literature approach. The data consists of primary law data, secondary law data, and tertiary law data. Then, the data were edited, classified, and explained descriptively. The data were analyzed by using inductive methods and content analysis. This study tried to describe the problems of current product guarantee system (ius constitutum) and the upcoming product guarantee system (ius contituendum). The study found that the need of halal product is dharuriah,and obligatory. It have the important benefits to Moslems. The problems of regulation overlapping in Indonesia should be ended by unification of the law, that is, the establishment of the regulation of halal product guarantee where BNP2H becomes the institutional halal product office. Meanwhile, MUI still have a strategic role, since it develops the construction of halal product guarantee system together with BNP2H. MUI is the only institution which has the authority to certify halal or non-halal of a product. This policy becomes a bridge to develop a unification of law and the uniform of institution of the halal product offices, so that, there is no more dualism institutions which certify halal product. It guarantees the system of halal product for Moslems in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kutai Kingdom in the stage history of the archipelago have left traces of civilization. At least the built form of monarchy has got a touch of constitutional govern life in society. Constitutional monarchy called Panji Selaten, and Baraja Niti Law is the law that puts the combination of building indigenous aspects of egalitarianism, which is located between the Dayak and Kutai inland located near the center of power, where the top leadership is the king of Kutai. Building a constitution that remains grounded in the realm of "traditional" so-called "customary legal system sanctioned by the royal policy which also was based on the Personality '. And the result of the accumulation of "integration of religious values" into the royal power structure that forms the social character of the Malay culture is closer to the power structure. As a result, Dayak "haloq" is more likely to make ethnic identity in Kutai, and this is an indication that lead to impaired bargaining power "propaganda Islamiyah"

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication skills to students learning motivation in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak. This research was quantitative research with ex-postfacto research. The sample in this study was student of XI IPS SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak, totaling 86 students. The data were collected by using questionnaire has been test for validity and reliability. The techniques analysis data used normality test, linearity test, simple linear regression and hypothesis test with the SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study show the most students have social skills in the medium category. It wasproven that 12.79% students in low category, 77.90% students in the medium category, and 9.30% students in high category. The learning motivation of students in class XI IPS was mostly in the medium category shown from the percentage of research results, was 18.60% students in low category, 66.27% students in medium category, and 15.11% students in high category. This research have a positive influence between interpersonal communication skills to student learning motivation with a regression equation that was Y = 26.437 + 0.537X. The result  of hypothesis test showing that the significant value (sig) of 0,000 is smaller than the level of significance (a) set at 0.05. It means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. It can be concluded that interpersonal communication skills significantly influence to student learning motivation in  class XI IPS SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak.Keywords: Interpersonal Communication Skills, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Kementerian Agama mengeluarkan kebijakan baru yaitu Madrasah Aliyah plus keterampilan ekstrakulikuler kewirausahaan. Dengan kebijakan tersebut diharapkan siswa madrasah dapat mempunyai wawasan enterpreneurship sehingga akan terbentuk sifat mandiri, kerja keras, disiplin dan tanggung jawab yang menunjang jiwa berwirausaha siswa madrasah aliyah. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran life skills dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha siswa madrasah aliyah. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pulang Pisau Palangkaraya. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran life skills dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pulang Pisau telah disusun dan direncanakan oleh pihak madrasah dan guru. Dalam hal pengorganisasian pembelajaran life skills dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pulang Pisau sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan diorganisir oleh pihak madrasah, akan tetapi belum berjalan dengan efektif sesuai pedoman pembelajaran life skills. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pembelajaran life skills dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pulang Pisau lebih diarahkan agar siswa agar memiliki inovasi dalam kegiatan pengembangan diri. Terkait penilaian pembelajaran life skills dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pulang Pisau dilakukan evaluasi yang didasarkan pada evaluasi sebagai sesuatu yang penting untuk siswa dalam rangka meningkatkan life skills kewirausahaan.
