Abstract: The purpose of this article is to find out the spatial pattern of surface temperature in Mataram City from 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 using remote sensing system methods, with Utilizing Landsat 5 and 8 Satellite Imagery data. In addition, the regression analysis method is also used to see the effect of land emissivity and vegetation density variables on the Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomenon. From the results of the analysis, it was found that in 2000 the maximum temperature in Mataram City reached 28.3℃ and in 2020 the trend of the maximum temperature value increased to 35.1℃. Meanwhile, when viewed from the spatial pattern of the UHI surface temperature in the city of Mataram, it also continues to increase, where the temperature begins to be concentrated in the middle of the city's activities and begins to spread to the periphery of the city's activity centre. The value of the greatest influence resulting from statistical tests, namely the value of vegetation density gives an effect of 56% and land emissivity with an influence value of 49%.
