Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of user convenience, trust and risk on interest in using e-commerce case studies on small and medium enterprises in Klungkung sub-district. The research method used is quantitative with a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. Data was collected by distributing a list of questions to SMEs in Klungkung District. The method used is purposive sampling in order to obtain 92 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method assisted by SPSS version 24 application. The research findings state that user interest in using and trust has a significant positive effect on interest in using e-commerce while risk has a negative effect on interest in using e-commerce. Interest in using e-commerce is influenced by user convenience and trust in using e-commerce. Meanwhile, the risk of e-commerce can inhibit interest in using e-commerce. So it can be said that all research is acceptable.
