Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of car rental carried out by the Ode-Ode Revolution Car Rental Kendari in terms of Islamic Economics. The data analysis used in this research is inductive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the lease has been running according to Islamic law, even leasing is prescribed in Islam. However, in the implementation of leasing at Ode-Ode Rental there is a deviation made by the tenant which we can see in the risk of accidents described previously, where the tenant cannot afford the damage to the car he experienced in accordance with the rental agreement. So that there is a deviation in the practice of renting in the Revolutionary Orders of Car Rental Kendari which is not in accordance with Islamic Economics, in Islamic Economics this practice is strictly prohibited because it has harmed other people, here we can see deviations that lead to a violation of the agreement that has been agreed upon. between the two parties between the business owner (leasing) and the tenant.

Abstract

The research was conducted to discover the core sectors that have contributed the most to economic growth, by analyzing the development of economic structures and the growth rate of the PDRB in the excellent sectors, as well as to know the distribution of income in southeastern Sulawesi province in 2014-2018. This research uses the Deductive-quantitative method. This type of research data uses secondary data. There are two variables studied in this research, i.e. (1) Economic growth and (2) income distribution. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation methods and library studies. The primary data used are secondary data based on time series. The data collected are analyzed using descriptive techniques and calculation techniques from the LQ, Shift Share and Williamson indices. The results showed that the development of the PDRB structure in southeastern Sulawesi province dominates 7 basic sectors, where mining and excavation sectors contribute the most, and subsequently in a sequence the agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Construction, Transportation and Storage, Education Services, Public Administration, Defense, and Mandatory Social Security Sectors, and water supply, waste management, waste management and recycling.

Abstract

The problems discussed in this study are what sectors are superior in North Buton Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out what sectors are superior in the current North Buton Regency by looking at the GRDP growth in 2013-2017. The data obtained in the analysis uses Location Quotient analysis.Based on the Location Quotient analysis which includes the base sector is the sector of agriculture, forestry, fisheries, the Construction Sector sector; Large and retail trade sectors; car and motorcycle repair; Real estate sector; The government administration, defense, and social security sectors are mandatory; and the health services sector and social activities. The agricultural sector is a leading sector in North Buton Regency, which contributes the most to the North Buton Regency GRDP. Even though its contribution continued to decline throughout the year but its absolute value continued to increase. In addition to the agricultural sector, North Buton GRDP is supported more by the Construction and Trade Sector. Although its contribution has not changed much in forming the North Buton Regency GRDP, both of these sectors are base sectors that have competitive advantages and specialization in the North Buton Regency region.
