Abstract

This examine targets to identify the development of corn manufacturing, examine mapping, market cost chain evaluation of corn and broaden techniques for strengthening corn production in Kedamean District, Gresik Regency. The kinds and assets of records used in this study used kinds of records, particularly number one statistics and secondary records. The method of collecting statistics is purposive sampling, that is meant to make it less difficult for researchers to get facts related to analyze goals. The data evaluation used is cost chain evaluation. The results of this have a look at have been (1) manufacturing of composite maize via farmers in Kedamean District become able to attain production of 5-6 heaps per ha, whilst hybrid corn became capable of attain eight-10 lots in line with ha. The maize price chain in Kedamean District entails three (three) main actors, particularly: (1) Farmers (2) creditors (three) traders. the advertising chain above shows that the most important brought price is obtained via collectors and buyers. The advertising channels are marketing Channel I: Farmers – conventional markets – consumers, marketing Channel II: Farmers – provincial buyers – nearby/export clients, advertising Channel III: Farmers – district investors – provincial investors – local/export clients. advertising Channel IV: Farmers – collectors – district traders – provincial buyers – nearby/export purchasers.Keywords: corn, marketing value chain, marketing channel.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Peranan GAPOKTAN dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota, (2) Peran GAPOKTAN untuk mengubah cara berpikir petani, (3) Peran GAPOKTAN sebagai perantara pemenuhan kebutuhan modal usahatani anggota, (4) Peran GAPOKTAN sebagai perantara pemenuhan kebutuhan modal usahatani anggota. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pengurus GAPOKTAN, anggota GAPOKTAN, kepala desa dan masyarakat yang tidak menjadi anggota GAPOKTAN. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti merupakan instrument utama dalam melakukan peneliti yang dibantu oleh pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Triangulasi yang dilakukan untuk menjelaskan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Peranan GAPOKTAN dalam meningkatkan pegetahuan melalui pertemuan pengurus kelompok tani dari GAPOKTAN Kedanyang, (b) Pertemuan kelompok tani yang dihadiri oleh pengurus GAPOKTAN dan PPL sebagai nara sumber. (2) Peranan GAPOKTAN dalam merubah pola pikir anggota GAPOKTAN adalah study banding, Pelatihan Ketrampilan, (3) GAPOKTAN mengkoordinasi kebutuhan anggota gapoktan melalui kelompok tani untuk mendapatkan saprodi dan Gapoktan bekerjasama dengan LKM-A untuk memfasilitasi petani yang membutuhkan modal. (4) Usaha GAPOKTAN dalam mengkoordinasi hasil atau produksi pertanian agar mendapatkan nilai jual yang lebih tinggi antara adalah dengan bekerjasama dengan KUD dan pedagang untuk membeli hasil tani dengan nilai jual yang memberikan keuntungan kepada petani,Kata kunci: sosial, ekonomi, pekerja, produktifitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost structure of hydroponic vegetable business in Sonokwijenan village, to determine business revenue and also to determine the advantages and efficiency of hydroponic vegetable business in Sonokwijenan village. The study was conducted from June to July 2020. The results showed that (1) The percentage of total fixed costs to the total cost of each vegetable commodity ranged from 60-71 percent, while the percentage of total variable costs to total costs ranged from 29-38 percent . Fixed costs consist of land rent, nursery greenhouse depreciation, enlargement greenhouse depreciation, irrigation facilities depreciation, equipment depreciation, permanent labor, electricity, distribution. The variable costs incurred consist of daily labor costs, costs for using seeds, rockwool, nutrition, and packaging. The highest fixed cost components are fixed labor costs and distribution costs, while the highest variable cost components are daily labor costs. (2) The calculation of the revenue received by a business is influenced by the selling price of the commodity and the amount that can be sold or the value obtained from the commodity. The largest total revenue obtained by the Sonokwijenan sub-district, Surabaya is kale with a total revenue of 126,350,000. (3) hydroponic water spinach commodity is the most efficient and profitable commodity compared to other hydroponic vegetables with an R/C ratio value of 2.42, this is because kale uses the gravel substrate method which can save more costs.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by Mekarsari Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in the production and sale of white oyster mushrooms in the Semolowaru area, Sukolilo District, Surabaya. White oyster mushroom is a product that is increasingly in demand in local and regional markets because of its health benefits and distinctive taste. This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with MSME owner Elok Mekarsari and a number of 3 workers. Meanwhile, data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to Elok Mekarsati UMKM workers or members. The results showed that the Mekarsari UMKM marketing system used 2 marketing channels, namely channel 1 consisting of white oyster mushroom producers, final consumers while channel 2 marketing channels consisted of white oyster mushroom producers, wholesalers, final consumers. the marketing system that has been implemented 5P (Marketing Mix) product, price, place, promotion, people includes promotions through social media, trade shows, and cooperation with restaurants and supermarkets local. Apart from that, they also provide special offers for loyal customers to increase customer retention. However, even though there have been marketing efforts made, there are still several obstacles faced by Elok Mekarsari's MSMEs. Some of these obstacles include intense competition with other white oyster mushroom producers, difficulties in accessing export markets, and limited capital for wider promotion.
