<![CDATA[Abstract : Analysis of Ocean Surface Currents of Gulf of Bone in 2006 – 2010. It has been studied the distribution of ocean surface currents in the Gulf of Bone in which the study was to describe the spatial and temporal variability of flow velocity in the waters of the Gulf of Bone in the year 2006-2010, the data used is the 10 meter wind data which is extracted from the grib data (binary grid) . In the present study is expected to provide information about the spatial and temporal variability of sea surface current data is the basis for further research. Distribution patterns of sea surface currents in January to April is generally dominant from the east, while in the month of May to December of the dominant West. from January to December is generally low (0-5 cm / s), but in January in Zone I and Zone II is quite high with values ranging between 25-40 cm/ s).Abstrak:Analisis Distribusi Arus Permukaan Laut di Teluk Bone pada Tahun 2006-2010. Telah diteliti distribusi arus permukaan laut di Teluk Bone dimana penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan variabilitas spasial dan temporal kecepatan arus di Perairan Teluk Bone pada tahun 2006-2010, data yang digunakan adalah data angin 10 meter dimana merupakan hasil ekstrak dari data grib (grid binary). Pada penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai variabilitas spasial dan temporal arus permukaan laut merupakan data dasar untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Pola distribusi arus permukaan laut permukaan bulan Januari hingga April secara umum dominan dari arah Timur, sedangkan pada bulan Mei hingga Desember dominan dari arah Barat. Kecepatan dari Januari hingga Desember umumnya rendah (0-5 cm/s), namun pada bulan Januari pada Zona I dan Zona II cukup tinggi dengan nilai berkisar antara 25-40 cm/s.Kata Kunci : Arus, Distribusi, Teluk Bone, Data Grib]]>
