<![CDATA[This research was applied to identify the condition of coral reefs in Small Lae-lae Island by using SPOT-4’s image. The data was obtained from LAPAN Pare-Pare South Sulawesi. The aim of this research was to describe the condition and distribution of corral reefs and the percentage of corral reef closure around Lae-Lae Island Small. The data were used are recording image data from SPOT-4 in October 2011, which are analyzed by using the Lyzenga Transformation method through Er Mapper 7.0 program. The results showed that the coral reefs of Lae-Lae Small Island were mostly spread around the west coast 340 m2, and the rest spread around the east 264 m2, north 225 m2 , and south coast 261 m2 , within 1090 m2 area and percentage of the coral reef closure of Lae-Lae Small Island are 87,20%.Keywords: SPOT 4 imaging, lyzenga transformation, Er mapper 7.0Penelitian ini adalah penelitian terapan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi terumbu karang di Pulau Lae-Lae Kecil dengan menggunakan citra SPOT-4. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kondisi dan sebaran terumbu karang serta penutupan terumbu karang di Pulau Lae-Lae Kecil. Data yang digunakan adalah data hasil perekaman citra SPOT-4 bulan oktober tahun 2011 yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Transformasi Lyzenga melalui program Er Mapper 7.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terumbu karang di Pulau Lae-Lae Kecil sebagian besar tersebar di sekitar pesisir pantai sebelah barat 340 m2 dan lainnya tersebar di sekitar pesisir pantai sebelah timur 264 m2, sebelah utara 225 m2 dan sebelah selatan 261 m2 dengan luas sebaran 1090 m2 dan persentase pentupan terumbu karang di Pulau Lae-Lae Kecil sebesar 87,20%.Kata kunci: Citra SPOT-4, Transformasi Lyzenga, Er Mapper 7.0.]]>
