Abstract

Anak sebagai individu yang unik mempunyai kebutuhan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan. Sebagaiindividu yang unik anak memiliki berbagai kebutuhan yang berbeda satu dengan yang lain sesuai dengan usiatumbuh kembang. Sibling rivalry terjadi jika anak merasa mulai kehilangan kasih sayang dari orang tua danmerasa bahwa saudara kandung adalah saingan dalam mendapatkan perhatian dan kasih sayang dari orangtua. Biasanya ini terjadi karena orang tua memberikan perlakuan yang berbeda pada anak-anak mereka.Berdasarkan survei awal yang telah peneliti lakukan dari 10 keluarga yang mempunyai 2 orang anak ataulebih didapatkan 70% (7 anak)yang mengalami sibling rivalrydan 30% (3 anak) tidak mengalami sibling rivalry.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap orang tua dengan kejadian siblingrivalry pada anak usia 3-5 tahun di Desa Brengkok–Brondong-Lamongan.Desain penelitian analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 35 orang tuadengan sampelnya 33 ibu di Desa Brengkok-Brondong-Lamongan. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalahsimplerandom sampling. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan kuesioner tertutup. Setelah ditabulasi data yangada dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p 0,000.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap orang tua dalam mengasuh anak usia 3-5 tahun sebanyak84.8% yang mengalami sibling rivalry. Sedangkan dari hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh hasil ada hubungansikap orang tua dengan kejadian sibling rivalry dengan nilai koefisien kontingensi sebesar 0.667 denganp=0.000 dimana p<0.05.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini masih diperlukan pendidikan pada ibu tentang cara mengasuh anakdengan baik dan healt educationpada anak bahwa adil tidak selamanya sama dan hendaknya tim kesehatanmemberikan penyuluhan kepada orang tua tentang kejadian sibling rivalry.

Abstract

usia prasekolah merupakan usia dimana kemandirian anak mulaiterbentuk. Salah satu gangguan kesehatan yang sering dialami pada masaini yaitu masalah konstipasi. Berdasarkan survey 10 anak, 70% mengalamikonstipasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan peran orangtuadengan kejadian konstipasi anak pra-sekolah. Penelitian korelasi CrossSectional, dengan Simple Random Sampling, jumlah sampel 34responden. Instrumen dengan kuesioner, analisis menggunakan Uji ChiSquare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar orangtua kurangberperan, seluruh anak mengalami konstipasi. Uji statistik Chi Squarediperoleh p=0,003 (p0,05), X2= 11.968 artinya ada hubunganbermakna peran orang tua dengan kejadian konstipasi anak pra-sekolah.Diperlukan peran orangtua dalam memberikan asupan makanan anakagar tidak konstipasi.

Abstract

In general, the process of each child's developmental stages is the same, that is the result of the maturation process. But in accomplishment, every child has a different speed.  Based on the initial survey 5 (50%) children doubt in the development. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship among nutritional status with the development of children age toddler. This research design using correlation analytical method with Cross Sectional approach. The number of 45 samples of children under five with simple random sampling technique with the independent variable of nutritional status and the dependent variable of development, analysis using Spearmen test with ρ <0.05. The test results obtained significant 0.002 (ρ <0.05).  Shows there is a relationship of nutritional status with the development of children age toddler. Mother's efforts to improve the development of toddler age children by improving nutritional status that includes 4 healthy 5 perfect in accordance with the needs of children aged toddler and provides stimulation of development through the provision of educational games and immediately bring the child to health personnel if there is suspected deviation of development

Abstract

Preschoolers are children aged between 3-6 years. In this age, children are undergoing the process of growth and development that is very rapid and important for the process of further developments. In the initial survey, it was obtained a few preschool children experiencing fine motor development suspect. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of finger painting on fine motor development of preschool children in Sartika 1 Sumurgenuk kindergarten Babat Lamongan. This study used a pre-experimental design with the approach of one-group pre-post test design and statistical analysis procedures using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with significance level of p<0.05 using SPSS 16.0. The population was all preschoolers in Sartika 1 Sumurgenuk kindergarten Babat Lamongan as many as 47 children and the sample was 42 children. The results showed that almost all children have normal fine motor development after being given finger painting, with a value of p = 0.001 where p><0.05, H1 was accepted meaning that there was influence of finger painting on the development of fine motor skills of preschoolers in Sartika 1 Sumurgenuk kindergarten Babat Lamongan. It is hope that the educators of preschoolers can suggest finger painting activities as a method to develop and improve fine motor development of children. Abstract

Perkembangan pada masa kanak-kanak akan menjadi dasar perkembangan pada masa selanjutnya, perkembangan fisik anak ditandai dengan berkembangnya keterampilan motorik kasar maupun halus. Dari survey awal yang dilakukan peneliti memperoleh hasil hampir sebagian anak mengalami perkembangan motorik kasar suspect. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan melempar dan menangkap bola terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar  pada anak pra sekolah di TK Sri Mulya Desa Srirande Kecamatan Deket. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperiment design dengan pendekatan one group pre test and post test design. Populasi adalah seluruh anak prasekolah di TK Sri Mulya Srirande sebanyak 37anak pada bulan Februari sampai Maret 2016 dan besar sampel sebanyak 34 dengan teknik Simple random sampling. Data penelitian diambil melalui observasi Tes Denver II. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan editing, coding, scoring, tabulating kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test dengan tingkat kemaknaan p0,05 menggunakan program SPSS versi 16,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir seluruhnya anak memiliki perkembangan motorik kasar normal setelah diberikan permainan melempar dan menangkap bola, dengan nilai Z = -3.317a  dan p = 0,001 dimana p 0,05 maka H1 diterima artinya ada pengaruh permainan melempar dan menangkap bola terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar  pada anak pra sekolah di TK Sri Mulya Desa Srirande Kecamatan Deket. Melihat hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan melempar dan menangkap bola dapat meningkatkan perkembangan motorik kasar anak.

Abstract

Background: Anaemia during gestation is a complication that often occurs in pregnant women. This condition can be controlled by providing iron (Fe) supplementation; therefore, the government has set a policy of minimum service standards for the coverage of 90 tablets of iron (Fe) supplementation for the period of pregnancy. However, Pregnant women's adherence to iron (Fe) supplementation is still low. The objective of this research was to determine the factors that influence pregnant women's adherence to iron (Fe) supplementation.Method: The design of this study used a cross-sectional study approach. The sample was used for all pregnant women who were recorded at the Sugio Lamongan Health Center on April 2021 totaling 36 respondents, the data was taken using a structured questionnaire and assessed using chi-square and Fisher's Exact Test.Result: The findings revealed that the majority of pregnant women (66.6 percent) were obedient in taking iron (Fe) supplements (PR=0.227) is a factor of pregnant women's adherence to taking iron (Fe) supplements.Conclusion: Therefore, all access that affects antenatal care services and follow-up ANC services is an important element to improve the Adherence of pregnant women in taking iron (Fe) supplementation.
