Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Upaya Pelatih Meningkatkan Prestasi Siswa di Sekolah Sosial Olahraga (SSO) Real Madrid Foundation Aceh”. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatih Sekolah Sosial Olahraga (SSO) Real Madrid Foundation Aceh yang sangat profesional di bidangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap upaya pelatih untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa SSO Real Madrid Foundation Aceh. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sedangkan jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian adalah pelatih SSO Real Madrid Foundation Aceh yang berjumlah 5 orang. Instrument yang digunakan adalah intrumen kualitatif dengan skala truston. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan koesioner dan wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya pelatih meningkatkan prestasi siswa SSO Real Madrid Foundation Aceh sangat baik mencapai 95,2%, dikatakan pada umumnya baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan upaya pelatih meningkatkan prestasi siswa SSO Real Madrid Foundation Aceh dari hasil angket dan wawancara diantaranya sebagai berikut: (1) Pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pelatih, frekuensi (100%) dikatakan seluruhnya baik. (2) Dorongan, frekuensi (96%) dikatakan pada umumnya baik. (3) Keinginan pelatih, frekuensi (96%) dikatakan pada umumnya baik. (4) Perhatian pelatih, frekuensi (100%) dikatakan seluruhnya baik. (5) Harapan pelatih, frekuensi (92%) dikatakan pada umumnya baikKata kunci: upaya, pelatih, meningkatkan prestasi siswa SSO RMF Aceh.

Abstract

Physical fitness is closely related to the students’ daily health because it is a persons ability to perform activities or work without experiencing significant physical fatigue. Physical fitness is closely related to human activities in conducting physical activities either on purpose or unintentionally. The more the students involve the body to move, the better the level of their physical fitness is. The learners of the high-grade primary schools in the District of Aceh Besar have improved their physical fitness through the implementation of physical education at school and in daily physical activities together within the family and community. However, analysis of the impacts of such physical fitness is still minimal. This study aims to determine the physical fitness level of the high-grade students of the primary schools in the District of Aceh Besar. The method of study was a field measurement test with the Indonesia Physical Fitness Test (IPFT) instrument. The samples in this study were high-grade students of the Primary Schools in Aceh Besar District in 2015 totaling 81 students from three different areas: advanced, developing and underdeveloped. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to calculate the mean and percentage. The data analysis resulted in the following conclusions: The average physical fitness of the high-grade students of the primary schools in Aceh Besar District are in the poor category, while the classification is: very good category (2.46%), good category (4.93%), average category (51.85), poor category (32.09%), and very poor category (9.87%). Based on the results, physical activities packaged in physical education should be intensified both at school and outside of school hours and is assessed continually.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah kurang mengikuti unit kegiatan mahasiswa dalam cabang olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat mahasiswa Program Studi Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah terhadap unit kegiatan mahasiswa (UKM) Unsyiah dalam cabang olahraga tahun 2018 .            Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian. Subjeknya adalah mahasiswa Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah berjumlah 441 mahasiswa dan sampel yang digunakan 10% dari subjek berjumlah 41 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrument kuesioner atau angket yang berisi aspek-aspek minat mahasiswa prodi Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah terhadap unit kegiatan mahasiswa (UKM) Unsyiah dalam cabang olahraga.            Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah terhadap unit kegiatan mahasiswa (UKM) Unsyiah dalam cabang olahraga sebagai berikut: Faktor pengetahuan dengan jumlah presentase 73.82%, faktor ketertarikan dengan jumlah persentase 76.82%, faktor aktivitas dengan jumlah persentase 61.58%, faktor peran dosen dengan jumlah persentase 62.19%, faktor biaya dengan jumlah persentase 43.08%, dan faktor fasilitas dengan jumlah presentase 85.36%. Dengan hasil yang di peroleh secara keseluruhannya sebesar 67.08% menyatakan kurang minat mahasiswa Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah terhadap unit kegiatan mahasiswa (UKM) Unsyiah dalam cabang olahraga tahun 2018. Kata Kunci: minat, mahasiswa penjaskesrek, unit kegiatan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani ialah salah satu syarat wajib yang harus dimiliki  setiap siswa agar dapat melakukan kemampuan kerja fisik tertentu. Apabila seseorang ingin memiliki kebugaran jasmani yang prima maka diperlukan latihan fisik yang dapat meningkatkan komponen komponen Kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan kebugaran jasmani dengan nilai Penjaskes siswa SUPM Negeri Ladong Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.   Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara kebugaran jasmani dengan hasil belajar Penjaskes di SUPM Negeri Ladong Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SUPM Negeri Ladong Tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 145 siswa yang terbagi  dalam 5 kelas dari jumlah tersebut diambil sampel sebanyak 35 siswa atau 25% dari populasi. Sampel ini diambil dengan cara teknik random sampling.Metode dalam penelitian yaitu deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data berupa Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia Usia 16-19 tahun dan data hasil nilai rapot. Pengolahan data digunakan statistic beripac perhitungan nilai rata-rata, standart deviasi, pengujian hipotesis, korelasi dan determinasi.Hasil dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Memiliki hubungan yang signifikan antara kebugaran jasmani dengan hasil belajar penjaskes pada siswa kelas X SUPM Negeri Ladong Aceh Besar Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan (r hitung = 0,705), Sehingga kebugaran jasmani memberi pengaruh sebanyak 49,7% terhadap nilai hasil belajar Penjaskes pada siswa SUPM Negeri Ladong. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan kebugaran jasmani dengan hasil belajar Penjaskes pada siswa kelas X SUPM Negeri Ladong. Kata kunci: Kebugaran jasmani, Hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research design with the type of case study research to find out information and descriptions of government policies in developing student sports achievements. Determination of research subjects to be used in this study was carried out by snowball sampling. The subjects in this study were all components of the education and culture office of Bener Meriah district, Aceh province, namely the head of the education and culture office, school principals and trainers. The data in this study were obtained based on the output of interviews using respondents. Data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation or display, and drawing conclusions. The conclusions of this study are: (1) The policy of the Department of Education and Culture in developing student sports is by allocating funds for coaching, optimizing extracurricular sports in schools, entrusting outstanding student athletes to their home schools and increasing the competence of training physical education teachers, (2) The role of the Department of Education and Culture in the development of student sports is to be in charge of fostering student sports by designing a planned, tiered, and ideal sports nursery implementation program. (3) The strategy used by the Department of Education and Culture in the development of student sports can be done by good talent scouting, regeneration of student athletes and the development of human resource competencies for physical education teachers in sports coaching
