<![CDATA[Abstrak Beberapa tahun ke depan, industri akan memasuki era baru yang disebut Industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 merupakan tahap industri baru di mana ada integrasi antara sistem operasi manufaktur, teknologi informasi, dan komunikasi (TIK), terutama Internet of Things (IoT). PT Sandy Globalindo merupakan perusahaan swasta yang memproduksi beberapa produk spare part motor sesuai pesanan yang ada atau made to order. Mesin CNC Milling A merupakan salah satu dari sebelas mesin CNC yang dimiliki oleh PT. Sandy Globalindo. Mesin ini memiliki fungsi untuk membentuk material dengan bentuk dasar balok menjadi bentuk yang diinginkan. Seringkali terjadi kerusakan pada mesin ini yang diakibatkan oleh oleh coolant yang secara terus-menerus membasahi bearing rel, sehingga permukaan bearing rel permukaannya tidak lagi rata dan berkarat. Hal tersebut berdampak pada proses produksi menjadi terganggu karena kerusakan pada bearing rel menyebabkan getaran pada mesin tinggi sehingga output yang dihasilkan tidaklah sesuai standar yang ditetapkan yakni kasar dan tidak lulus uji Quality Control. Maka dari itu, diperlukan suatu alat yang dapat mendeteksi degradasi fungsi dari bearing rel. Alat ini dapat memantau getaran yang terjadi pada mesin secara real time. Damage to this machine is often caused by coolants that constantly wet the rail bearing, so that the surface of the surface rail bearing is no longer flat and rusty. This has an impact on the production process which is disrupted because damage to the rail bearing causes vibrations to the high engine so that the output produced is not in accordance with the standard set, which is rough and does not pass the Quality Control. Therefore, we need a device that can detect the function degradation of the bearing rail. This device has the ability to monitor vibrations that occur on the machine in real time.
