Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan pilar utama pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan masyarakat suatu bangsa. Pendidikan diharapkan mampu membentuk sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan mandiri, serta memberi dukungan dan perubahan terhadap masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara diwujudkan dengan membentuk institusi-institusi pendidikan. Di Indonesia, semua penduduk wajib mengikuti program wajib belajar pendidikan dasar selama 12tahun, 6tahun di Sekolah Dasar, 3tahun di Sekolah Menengah Pertama, dan tiga tahun di Sekolah Menengah Atas/Kejuruan yang telah diatur dalam Permen Dikbud No.19 tahun 2016 tentang Program Indonesia Pintar Pasal 2. Dengan hal ini, institusi pendidikan di Indonesia terus meningkat jumlahnya setiap tahun. Maraknya pertumbuhan institusi tersebut, menjadikan persaingan terhadap masing-masing institusi pendidikan yang menimbulkan tidak meratanya kualitas yang diberikan masing-masing institusi. Oleh karena itu, institusi pendidikan harus mengambil beberapa strategi untuk meraih keunggulan bersaing dibanding para pesaingnya. Salah satu cara untuk mendapatkannya dengan perancangan enterprise architecture agar penerapan tekologi informasi selaras dengan kebutuhan bisnis institusi dan kegiatan operasional institusi dapat berjalan dengan optimal. Perancangan enterprise architecture pada penelitian ini menggunakan metotodologi Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa blueprint yang terdiri dari arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi yang dapat dijadikan landasan perbaikan dan pengembangan sistem informasi pada institusi guna mendukung fungsi bisnisnya. Abstract Education is the main pillar of the development of human resources and society of a nation. Education is expected to be able to form quality and independent human resources, as well as provide support and changes to the community, nation, and country realized by forming educational institutions. In Indonesia, all residents are required to take part in the compulsory education program for 12years, 6years in elementary school, 3years in junior high school, and 3years in senior high school / vocational school which has been regulated in Minister of Education and Culture Regulation 19 year 2016 of Indonesia Smart Program article 2. With this, educational institutions in Indonesia continue to increase in number every year. The rise of the institution's growth has made competition for each educational institution that has caused uneven quality that is given by each institution. Therefore, educational institutions must take several strategies to achieve competitive advantage over their competitors. One way to get it is by designing an enterprise architecture so that the application of information technology is aligned with the business needs of the institution and the operational activities of the institution can run optimally. The design of enterprise architecture in this study uses the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) methodology. The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint consisting of data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture that can be used as a basis for improvement and development of information systems in institutions to support their business functions.
