Abstract

Indomaret outlets in Indonesia has reached 5425 outlets spread out in the city of Jabodetabek area, West Java, East Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, Bali and Lampung and some other areas. The assessment of investments using Net Present Value (NPV) of financial data for the last 5 (five) years obtained the calculation result is positive. This means that the investment can be forwarded. The purpose of this research is to find out the feasibility of investing in a franchise Indomaret. The research methods used are case studies. Data obtained from the interviews and the examination of documents. The processing and data analysis done with the method of valuation of the investment. The results of the study are: (1) after an assessment of the investment by the method of Net Present Value (NPV) of financial data for the last 5 (five) years obtained the calculation result is positive. This means that investments can be forwarded, (2) with assessment methods according to the investment Payback Period Method, investment funds have been implanted can return in less than the time of the contract that is 5 (five) years, the investment can be returned within 3 years and 5 months.

Abstract

Publishers book Gramedia Pustaka Utama is the largest book publisher in Indonesia are located in Jakarta, With the current information technology and supported by the rapid flow of information to force people to have the ability and knowledge to compensate. The purpose of this study was to determine 1). Whether there are significant positioning, differentiation, brand image and promotions directly on purchasing decisions, 2) whether there are significant positioning, differentiation and brand image on purchasing decisions with a promotion to intervening. Test this hypothesis using path analysis (path analysis) with a significant level of 5%. The population is customers who visited the Gramedia Bookstore Regional 1, using accidental sampling technique and approach the proportions in withdrawing a sample of 100 respondents and data collection was done by questionnaire. The results showed that: 1) Directly positioning, differentiation, brand image and promotion of significant positive effect on purchasing decisions 2). Through the promotion seen that positioning, differentiation and brand image did not significantly influence the purchasing decision. Means of quality books, inspirational, reasonable price and reputation of the issuer greatly influence consumers to buy the Million Dollar Dream book in Gramedia bookstore Region 1 while the promotion is done is not very effective.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hal yang paling penting dijadikan landasan untuk mengetahui tentang kinerja karyawan. Dari data penilaian kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. A.W. Faber-Castell di atas terdapat fenomena yaitu kinerja karyawan yang biasa-biasa saja, sehingga perlu di teliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh motivasi selaku variabel yang memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT A.W. Faber-Castell. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode survai. Jumlah sampel dihitung dengan perumusan Slovin sebanyak 100 responden dari populasi 500 karyawan dengan metode Accidental Sampling. Desain penelitian menggunakan asosiatif kausal dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dan uji regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT A.W. Faber-Castell.
