Abstract

Kabupaten Boyolali merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Indonesia yang telah terjadi peningkatan kasus Leptospirosis selama 4 tahun terakhir. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasinya adalah dengan melakukan surveilans epidemiologi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan dan hasil surveilans kasus leptospirosis di Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain penelitian observasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 12 tenaga surveilans puskesmas dan 2 orang tenaga surveilans di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Boyolali yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling dan dilakukan wawancara, telaah data sekunder, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kasus leptospirosis di Kabupaten Boyolali tahun 2012-2015 paling banyak terjadi pada kelompok umur 26-45 tahun (38,3%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (70%), dan pekerjaan sebagai petani (44,7%). Kasus paling banyak terjadi pada bulan Maret tahun 2014 dan 2015 dengan angka insiden kumulatif sebesar 0,6. Sebagian besar kasus leptospirosis terjadi di Kecamatan Nogosari (34%). Pelaksanaan surveilans epidemiologi leptospirosis di Kabupaten Boyolali belum berjalan dengan baik, pengumpulan data sudah dilakukan oleh semua responden, kompilasi data hanya dilakukan di 3 dari 12 puskesmas dan di dinas kesehatan, analisis data hanya dilakukan di dinas kesehatan berupa analisis sederhana kecenderungan leptospirosis, dan sudah dilakukan diseminasi informasi dalam bentuk pelaporan dan umpan balik. Boyolali is one of the regency in Indonesia that has been an increase of Leptospirosis cases for the last 4 years. One effort to overcome this problem is conduct epidemiological surveillance. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation and results of leptospirosis case surveillance in Boyolali. This research was descriptive study with observational research design. Samples of this research were 12 puskesmas surveillance officers and 2 health office surveillance officers that were selected by purposive sampling method and did interview, secondary data review, and observation. The results showed that cases of leptospirosis in Boyolali in 2012-2015 were mostly in the age group of 26-45 years (38.3%), male sex (70%), and occupation as farmers (44.7%). Most cases occurred in March 2014 and 2015 with cumulative incidence rate of 0.6. Most cases of leptospirosis occured in Nogosari District (34%). Implementation of leptospirosis epidemiological surveillance in Boyolali has not been well implemented, data were collected by all respondents, data were only compiled in 3 of 12 puskesmas and in health office, data were only analyzed in health office, like simple analysis of leptospiroses trend, and there was dissemination of information in the form of reporting and feedback.

Abstract

Abstrak               Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan punggung bawah melalui permainan bola swiss pada siswa polisi pada senam aerobik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan penelitian (Action Research), mahasiswa senam aerobik di Universitas Jakarta. senam aerobik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Indikatornya adalah: sikap awal, sikap, sikap akhir. Hasil penelitian dari 20 siswa perempuan, hasil tes pertama dilakukan sebagai siklus pertama, kemudian hasil dari siklus data pertama sebagai referensi di siklus kedua. Dan untuk siswa yang mengikuti tes awal untuk 20. Ada 9 siswa yang dinyatakan berhasil meningkat 18 siswa atau 90%. Sehingga ada tingkat determinasi yang lebih rendah untuk mahasiswa senam aerobik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Kata kunci : Permainan dengan media swiss ball, kelentukan lower back.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mengoptimalkan potensi anak di sekolah diperlukan kolaborasi antara sekolah dan orangtua. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendisain model kemitraan antara sekolah dan orangtua. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) Borg and Gall. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa model kemitraan sekolah dan orang tua bermula dari pembentukan organisasi POMG dan melalui komunikasi yang efektif dikembangkan berbagai program yang mencakup kegiatan parenting, komunikasi, belajar di rumah dan kolaborasi dengan masyarakat setempat. Abstract

Partner of this international collaboration of community service is RMIT University in Australia, Prof. Dr. Heather Fehring, to be invited to collaborate in giving socialization about effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era to encourage development of elementary school teachers’ competences in the province of Jakarta in Indonesia.  Location of this international collaboration of community service is in the Province of Jakarta in Indonesia.  The target of this community service is elementary school teachers in the Province of Jakarta in Indonesia.  The problem with the target audiences is that the elementary school teachers’ competences in the province of Jakarta in Indonesia to deal with effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era has not been optimal.  In addition to this, the socialization of effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era for elementary school teachers in the Province of Jakarta in Indonesia has not been done before.  In order to develop elementary school teachers’ competences in the province of Jakarta in Indonesia in dealing with literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era to achieve optimal learning quality, the solution is socialization of effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era for them.  The output targets to be achieved in this international collaboration of community service are pocket book, certificates, videos on YouTube, articles in journal of community service, publications in mass media, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), seminar, report.The methods used in conducting this international collaboration of community service are cooperative learning, problem-based learning, and giving assignments.  This socialization is conducted through video conferences in the form of learning activities to improve the competence in dealing with effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era to achieve optimal learning quality for elementary school teachers in the province of Jakarta in Indonesia. The socialization of virtual classroom given is related to technical guidelines of effective literacies assessment implementation in order to achieve optimal learning quality. This international collaboration of community service is conducted at elementary schools in the Province of Jakarta in Indonesia because those elementary schools are regularly coached by Universitas Negeri Jakarta.  Evaluation of process and results is done to find out the competences of elementary school teachers in the province of Jakarta in Indonesia in dealing with effective literacies assessment in the covid-19 pandemic era to achieve optimal learning quality.  This international collaboration of community service is started with a pre-test about effective literacies assessment implementation to know the prior knowledge of target audiences about effective literacies assessment and ended with a post-test after socialization is completed to determine the success of implementing this activity.
