Abstract

School age (ages 5 to 14 years), is a period of rapid growth and development, increasing physical activity such as playing, exercising or helping parents at work. Good nutritional intake in terms of quantity and quality is needed so that children's growth and development can be optimal. The diet of school-age children tends to be high in snacks and low in fruits and vegetables. The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Nutrition Education on Knowledge and Practice of Bringing a Balanced Menu to Elementary School Children in Gonting, Huristak District Padang Lawas Regency in 2021. This type of research is Quasy Experiment with a pre-experimental design with One Group Pretest Posttest design, the population in this study is all elementary school children in grades V and VI as many as 123 people, the sampling technique is purposive sampling, data is taken using a questionnaire and analyzed by paired test t-test The results of the study were that the majority of elementary school children lacked knowledge of 17 people (56.6%), after being given health education about nutrition, 18 people (60.0%), paired t-test results were given p = 0.002 (<0.005), while before given health education, elementary school children still rarely brought rice as many as 20 people (66.6%) and after it was done it increased to often bring rice as many as 24 people (80.0%) the results of the paired t-test test were p = 0.000 (<0.005). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of nutritional education on knowledge and practice of bringing a balanced menu to elementary school children in Gonting, Huristak District,

Abstract

Stunting is a big problem because it can result in high mortality rates, failure to thrive, cause cognitive and motoric problems in children, risk obesity and less than optimal learning achievement. The incidence of stunting in Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) in 2018 was 10 .69%. and this figure has increased in 2019 to 12.37% The highest prevalence of stunting is in Gayo Lues Regency at 17.94%.Research objectivesTo knowRelationship between knowledge and mother's attitude towards stunting in Kutelintang Village, Gayo Lues Regency in 2022. This type of research is descriptive correlation, cross sectional design. The population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers. in the village of Kutelintang there were 30 people. The sampling technique was total sampling. The data was taken by questionnaire and direct observation, and processed by the Chi Square test. The results showed that the majority had less knowledge of 12 people (40.0%), had a negative attitude towards stunting as many as 18 people (60.0%) and stunting occurred as many as 21 people (70.1%). 12 people (40%), the results of the Chi Square test, namely the results obtained p value = 0.002. This value is <0.05 so that Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant relationshipAmongKnowledge with Mother's Attitudes Against Stunting Incidents in Kutelintang Village, Gayo Lues Regency in 2022. Abstract

Keadaan gizi kurang merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingginya kejadian ISPA. Data Rekam Medik di Puskesmas Batang Kuis Kabupaten Deli Serdang pada tahun 2018 jumlah balita penderita ISPA sebanyak 3.452 orang, tahun 2019 berjumlah 3.318 orang dan mengalami status gizi kurang sebanyak 78 orang, gizi buruk sebanyak 4 orang dan pada bulan Juli tahun 2020 sebanyak 175 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Status Gizi dengan Kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) pada Balita di Puskesmas Batang Kuis Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian seluruh balita yang terkena ISPA yang datang ke Puskesmas Batang Kuis dengan jumlah 175 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Accidental Sampling, sebanyak 26 balita. Data diambil dengan lembar observasi, data diolah dengan univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas status gizi balita yaitu gizi kurang sebanyak 15 orang (57,7%). Kejadian ISPA yaitu Pneumonia sebanyak 18 orang (69,2%). Hasil analisa bivariat menggunakan Chi-Square menunjukkan p value sebesar 0,03 < 0,05. Maka Ha diterima artinya: Ada Hubungan antara Status Gizi dengan Kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) pada Balita di Puskesmas Batang Kuis Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2020. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Ada Hubungan antara Status Gizi dengan Kejadian Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) pada Balita di Puskesmas Batang Kuis Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2020. Bagi petugas kesehatan diharapkan lebih giat dalam melaksanakan posyandu pada balita dan memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan terkait dengan gizi pada balita serta bahaya penyakit ISPA.

Abstract

the heart muscles caused by narrowing or blockages/plaques in the coronary arteries, or coronary artery atherosclerosis. One of the components that make up this plaque is cholesterol crystals. Data from the Malahayati Islamic Hospital, heart disease is the highest rate, a survey was conducted there were patients who did not eat food from the hospital and they ate food from home. Research Purpose: Knowing the Effect of Heart Diet on Cholesterol Levels and Blood Pressure in Patients at Malahayati Hospital This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with one group pre post test. The population in this study were all heart patients who were treated at the Malahayati Islamic Hospital in Medan. Sampling technique was acidental sampling. The sample size was 10 patients. The data were taken using observation sheets for blood pressure and cholesterol, which were analyzed by paired t-test.The results of the study showed that the majority of blood pressure and cholesterol in heart patients before being given a high heart diet and after being normal. 0.38, SD difference = 1.333 and p value = 0.003. The value of p <0.05 means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant difference between the level of cholesterol and blood pressure before and after giving the heart diet to the patient.The conclusion of the study is that there is an effect of giving a heart diet on cholesterol levels and blood pressure in patients at Malahayati Hospital. It is hoped that nurses will inform patients to eat and maintain heart diet foods.
