Abstract

This research has been implemented according to phenomenon in junior high shcool 2 Warureja which shows prosocial behavior of students is low shown by behavior less contribute to cooperative classroom and school, less able to help selflessly, honesty is still low. The purpose of this research was to know influence mastery of content services with psychodrama techniques on prosocial behavior by looking at difference before and after service. The research is experimental research design used is one group pre test-post test design. The population is all 7th grade students in Junior High School 2 Warureja with a total of 203 students and sample number of 20 students using purposive sampling technique. Prosocial scale instruments have been tested using the construct validity of product moment, and reliabelitas instrument with Alpha. Technique analyze data use the Wilcoxon matched pairs test. Test results obtained score t count = 0 < t table = 52, and z count = 3,919 > table z = 1.645, or means Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Results of this research is mastery content service with psychodrama techniques has positive effects on prosocial behavior 7th grade. Therefore, the results of this research can used to develop student prosocial behavior.

Abstract

This research applied based on the phenomenon in SMPN 25 Semarang which indicates several students who have low self-esteem, through the results of the DCM’s analysis distributed to the students of 9th grade. This research used to show the students’ self-esteem before and after having individual counseling model of person-centered Therapy and whether the model of person-centered Therapy counseling can overcome the problem of low self-esteem students. This research design is experimental research which using one group pretest-posttest design. The participants of this study were six students. The writer use Wilcoxon test as Hypothesis testing by comparing the level of the smallest of the pre and posttest. Obtained results Zcount 2,206 > Z table = 1.645, which means Ha accepted and Ho rejected. The research findings showed that (1) the pretest of the experiment of sixth counselees was 48.45% (2) In another hand the posttest result of the experiment sixth counselees was 75.65% (3) The problem of low self-esteem students can be solved through counseling models centered person theraphy. The result of the study shows that there is positive result and significant improvement of students’ self-esteem when teacher using Person Centered Therapy to solve low self-esteem problem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktualisasi diri siswa kelas X yang salah dalam mengambil jurusan  sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok di SMA Negeri 1 Demak. Jenis pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode pre-eksperiment. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 14 siswa yang salah dalam mengambil jurusan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala aktualisasi diri yang diuji cobakan menggunakan validitas rumus product moment dan reabilitas rumus alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus kurva normal, analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan aktualisasi diri siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok, perolehan hail sebelum diberikan layanan sebesar 270.71 dan setelah diberikan layanan sebesar 286.93, kenaikan aktualisasi diri siswa mencapai 16.22. Berdasarkan uji wilcoxon memperoleh  nilai signifikan  0,001. Nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok efektif meningkatkan aktualisasi diri siswa kelas X yang salah dalam mengambil jurusan di SMA Negeri 1 Demak. This study aims to determine the increase of students of class X is wrong in taking the majors before and after being given guidance services group in SMA Negeri 1 Demak. Type in this research is experiment by using pre-experiment method. Population and samples in this study using non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique which amounted to 14 students who are wrong in taking the majors. Data collection techniques using self-actualization scale tested using the validity of product moment formula and reability of the alpha formula. The technique of data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis formula using normal curve formula, qualitative descriptive self-actualization analysis, and wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in self-actualization of students before and after being given group counseling services, hail acquisition before the given service of 270.71 and after given service amounted to 286.93, the increase self-actualization students reached 16.22. Based on the test wilcoxon get significant value 0.001. The value is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that the guidance of the group effectively improve self-actualization of the wrong class X students in taking the majors in SMA Negeri 1 Demak.
