Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of the use of think talk write strategy to the results of learning mathematics class IV State Elementary School 9 Sungai Kakap. The research method used is experimental method. The research form is pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest research design. The population is all the fourth graders of State Elementary School 9 Sungai Kakap consisting of 80 students and the sample of students of grade IV C State Elementary School 9 Sungai Kakap consisting of 26 students. Based on data analysis, that the average results. Based on the data analysis obtained the average result of pre-test of students 57,5 and average result of student's post-test 70,5. The result of t test is obtained tcount 3.13 while ttable with db = 26-1 = 25 and significant level (α) = 5% is 1.706, it turns thitung ≥ ttable or 3.13 ≥ 1.706 Ha is accepted which means there is influence of using strategy think talk write to student learning outcomes in learning mathematics class IV. From result of calculation effect size (ES), obtained (ES) equal to 0,73 with criteria classified moderate. This means that the use of the think talk write strategy has a moderate effect on the learning outcomes of the fourth grade mathematics learning at the Kuhap State Elementary School 9 Sungai Kakap. Abstract

 AbstractThe problem in this research is "How is the influence of cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together to the learning outcomes of V Student Education of Grade V of State Elementary School 36 Pontianak Selatan". This study aims to determine how big the influence of cooperative learning model type numbered head together toward the learning outcomes of Vocational Education Students Class V State Elementary School 36 Pontianak Selatan. The research method used was experiment with quasi experimental desing research with non-equivalent control group desing. Population in this research is all student of class V Elementary School 36 Negeri Pontianak Selatan with sample 20 student (VA) .Teknik data collection used is measurement by means of data collection in the form of test result of student learning in the form of multiple choice. The learning outcomes obtained by the experimental class average of 73.5. The result of the hypothesis of separated variance is obtained tcount 2,514 and ttable (? = 5% and dk = 38) equal to 1,685 indicate that tcount is bigger than ttable hence h shall be accepted. This means that there is influence of student learning outcomes are taught by applying the model of learning numbered head together with students who taught without applying the model of learning numbered head together and effect size obtained 0,56 with the criteria are. Keywords: cooperative learning model type numbered head together, learning outcomes, civic education.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is whether there is any influences of problem solving strategy to the acquisition of learning by word problems of Mathematics in Pontianak State Elementary School. This study aims to see whether there is influence of problem-solving strategies on the acquisition of mathematics learning in Pontianak Elementary. The method used is experimental with Pre-Experimental type of One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. The population is Elementary School 11 Pontianak with the sample used is students of class IIIB who consists of 39 learners. The technique used is the measurement technique. Data collection tools in the form of learning acquisition test in essay are 4 questions. Based on statistical calculation from mean Post-Test experimental class 69,34 obtained t_count equal to 41,3070615 and t  (α = 5% and dk = 39 - 1 = 38) equal to 2,0252. Thus count (41.3070615)> t_table (2.0252), then Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence in the use of problem-solving strategies on the acquisition of learning word problems of math in Elementary School 11 Pontianak. From the calculation of the effect size (ES), obtained 1.77137939 (pertained high). This means that learning by using problem solving strategies by word problems has a high influence on the acquisition of mathematics learning in the students of third grade of Elementary School 11 Pontianak. Keywords: Problem Solving Strategy, Acquisition of Learning, Mathematics

Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to find out whether there was a significant difference between the  average of students’ result in learning mathematics by using realia media (stick and pouch of numbers). The method used in this research was experimental and the form of research was Pre-Experimental Design. The research population was all students of grade III A in Sekolah Dasar Negeri 16 Pontianak Selatan. The sample was class III A (experimental class) conswasts of 32 students. Data collecting method used was measurement technique and the tool used was written test in form of essay. The result of experimental class average pre-test score was 62,25 and for the post-test of experimental class 2 was 78,75. Based on the calculation above, the result of t count was 15,76 with db=32-1=31 with significance rate (a) = 5% resulted in t table 1,670. Based on t count result in 15,76> t table 1,670, it can be concluded that Ha was accepted. It means there was a difference in students’ learning result before and after the treatment of Realia. Thus, it can be concluded the implementation of Realia Media does affects in the students’ learning result in mathematics in class III A of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 16 Pontianak Selatan. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to know the influence of penerapkan approach CTL in learning ipa of the results of student learning grade 5 SDN 38 Pontianak North. Methods used namely the experimental methods.  Population this research was even all students grade 5 public primary schools 38 pontianak north.  The technique used in the selection of samples is nonprobality sampling with a type of positive sampling. The sample in this study was a VA class of 20 students. The data collection technique used was a measurement technique and a data collection tool in the form of an objective written test. The results of the analysis of the experimental class post-test and control class were 78, and 5 68.09. The t-test calculation is obtained by tcount 7.1189 and ttable (α = 5% and dk = 32 + 32 - 2 = 62) of 1.6883, because thitung (7.1189)> ttabel (1.688), then Ha is accepted. The effect size calculation results are 0.84 yen including high criteria. In other words there was a high influence of the application of the CTL approach to make a high difference from the learning outcomes of Grade 5 to 38 North Indian science students. Keywords: CTL Approach,  Influence, Natural Sciences,  Student Learning Outcomes,

Abstract

 AbstractThe problem in this study is? whether by using the media card can be improve childrens?s story writing skills in grade II public elementary school 29 Sungai Ambawang? the purpose of this study is to improve child?s story writing skills using card media in cllas II primary school 29 Sungai Ambawang. The method used descriptive method, the form of reseach used is this classroom action research study is collaborative. Action activity done in class 2 primary school with research subject that is student of calss II which Sungai Ambawang amounted to 22 people of data collecting techninque used that is techninque of direct obsevation and measurement techninque, the results showed that the student?s writing skill in cycles I with I time meeting in each cycle the results obtained are I ability of teachers in designing learning in cyle (I) obtained average score of 3,28 cycle (II) obtained average score of 3,55. (III) the abillty of teachers to implement learning in cycle 3,69 (I) obtained an average score of 3,25. (II) obtained an average score of 3,42, cycle (III) earned an average score of 3,69, (I) students learning autcomes incycle I obtained an average of 72,72 in either category, cycle (II) obtained a mean of 81,81 in both excellent category and cyle (III) and obtained a mean of 92,72 in either category incan be concluded that by using media card card improve the writing skills of students in public elementary school II sungai ambawang. Keywords: Improvement, of card writing media skills

Abstract

       AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the ability of teachers to compose a learning plan of counting the number in the story using Polya model in class III SDN 09 Padagi, (2) the ability of teachers to carry out the learning work of counting the numbers in the story problem using Polya model in class III SDN 09 Padagi, (3) learning ability of counting the number in story about using Polya model in class III SDN 09 Padagi. Type of research is action research, the form is classroom action research. The study lasted for 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Subjects in the study were third grade students SDN 09 Padagi odd semester of academic year 2017/2018 with a total of 13 students consisting of 8 male students and 5 female students. Technique of data analysis in research use descriptive statistic. The instruments used in this study are the observation sheets and test results for each cycle. The results of his research that the model Polya improve the ability to solve the story problem in class III SDN 09 Padagi on the work of counting the numbers. The statement is based on the test results that increased by 51.53% from cycle I to cycle II. On the test results per cycle has increased seen from the number of students mastery both individual and classical in the cycle I and II. Keywords: Problem story, Model Polya, Mathematics.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the effect of using snowball throwing model on the learning outcomes of Social Sciences fourth-grade students in SDN 68 Pontianak Barat. The research method used is an experiment with a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. 63 students has been the sample of this research. Data collection techniques use measurement techniques. Instruments used are observation sheets and test result learning. Based on the calculation obtained by mean of learning result of post-test of control class 61,9 and average result of experiment class study of experiment class 80,16 so obtained tcount of post-test data equal to 7,40582 with ttable for signification level α = 5 % and dk = 61 for 1.99967, because tcount (7,40582)> ttable (1.99967) then Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a significant influence of using snowball throwing model on the learning outcomes of Social Sciences of the fourth-grade students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 68 Pontianak Barat. From the calculated effect size (ES) is obtained at 1.33 (high criteria). It means the using snowball throwing model gives a high influence on the social science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of SDN 68 Pontianak Barat. Key words : influences, snowball throwing, learning outcomes, social science.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe simple flat building media that can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of first grade students of Negeri 21 Rantau Sibaju Bengkayang Elementary School. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques and measurement techniques with data collection instruments namely observation and test sheets. The results of the study of the implementation of learning design (RPP) from cycle I to cycle III get an average score of 3.67 in the excellent category. The results of the study of the implementation of learning from the first cycle average score of 2.81, cycle II an average score of 3.51 and the third cycle average score of 3.94, always experiencing an increase due to the implementation of learning using the media to build flat teachers always do improvements in each cycle. The results of student learning from the first cycle average value of 55.09, cycle II an average value of 71.76 and cycle III an average value of 81.94. Based on the data obtained it can be concluded that there is an increase in each cycle Thus the research using simple flat-build media on learning to know class I flat build can improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: Flat Build Media, learning outcomes, mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability of teachers in planning, implementing learning, and student learning outcomes in learning Citizenship Education by using cooperative type of talking stick model in class V SD Negeri 14 Pontianak Selatan. This research uses descriptive method with research form that is class action and is collaborative. Subjects in this study were teachers, collaborators, and grade V students, amounting to 35 students consisting of 16 men and 19 women. The technique used is direct observation technique and document scrutiny technique with data collecting tool that is observation sheet and document observation sheet. Data presentation techniques are tables and data analysis to find the teacher ability score in planning and implementing learning and improvement of learning outcomes of Citizenship Education. The results of the study were as follows: (1) the ability of the teacher to plan the learning in the first cycle of meeting I was 2.96, the first cycle of meeting II was 3.70, while the second cycle of meeting I was 3.72, the second cycle of meeting II was 3.87 ( 2) the ability of teachers in implementing learning in the first cycle of meeting I is 2.74, cycle I meeting II is 3.52, while cycle II of meeting I is 3.70, cycle II meeting II is 3.85. (3) The result of study at cycle I meeting I is 64,29, cycle I meeting II is 71,76 whereas cycle II meeting I is 76,67, cycle II meeting II is 83,08. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability of teachers in planning, implementing, and learning outcomes of students in learning Citizenship Education by using the model of cooperative type talking Stick. Keywords: Improved, type of talking stick model,learning outcomes, civic education learning.
