Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi industry 4.0 mendorong kejaksaan RI untuk menyesuaikan perkembangan teknologi dengan sistem kerja yang ada. Penyesuaian dimaksud dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap kinerja Kejaksaan RI. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kejaksaan RI telah melakukan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam rangka meningkatkan kepercayaan publik berupa aplikasi E-Budgeting, E-Payment, E-Performance, E-Controliing, E-Kepegawaian, E-Register dan E-Surat/Disposisi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kejaksaan RI juga mengimplementasikan sistem koordinasi terpadu (E-CJS), pada bidang datum dan intelijen tiap-tiap tugas dan fungsi guna mengoptimalkan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam memberikan pelayanan publik. Langkah-langkah Kejaksaan RI dalam memanfaatan teknologi elektronik terbukti menghasilkan kinerja yang efesiensi dan efektif serta mencegah adanya penyelewengan layanan publik. Kata kunci : Aplikasi elektronik, kinerja kejaksaan, kepercayaan publik Progress in industrial technology 4.0 has prompted the Indonesian prosecutors to adjust technological developments with existing work systems. The adjustment is intended to increase public confidence in the performance of the RI Prosecutor's Office. The results of the analysis show that the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office has used technology in order to increase public trust in the form of E-Budgeting, E-Payment, E-Performance, E-Controliing, E-Employment, E-Register and E-Mail / Disposition applications. This research also shows that the RI prosecutor also implements an integrated coordination system (E-CJS), in the datum and intelligence fields of each task and function to optimize the use of technology in providing public services. The steps of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office in utilizing electronic technology have proven to produce efficient and effective performance and prevent fraud from public services.
