Abstract

Layanan akademik berbasis teknologi informasi (TI) internal sekolah SMK memerlukan sarana pendukung berupa software dan hardware. Ketersediaan sarana aset TI ini akan berpengaruh pada keberlangsungan kegiatan proses bisnis di sekolah. Investasi prasarana aset TI diperlukan biaya yang tidak hanya sedikit. Pengelolaan aset TI yang maksimal akan memberikan nilai optimal pada keberlangsungan layanan TI, hal ini akan berdampak pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Diperlukan tata kelola TI yang dapat memberi nilai optimal terhadap penggunaan TI. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT 5 subdomain BAI09 dengan analisis tingkat kematangan menggunakan model PAM. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kondisi tingkat kapabilitas saat ini di SMK Kabupaten Madiun, yaitu rata-rata activity pada subdomain BAI09 berada pada level  Performed Process. Target tingkat kapabilitas yang diharapkan hingga tiga tahun kedepan yaitu pada level established process. Rekomendasi perbaikan dibuat bertahap sesuai acuan COBIT 5.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Jenangan telah mengadopsi TI sebagai sarana pendukung kegiatan pendidikan, salah satunya adalah e-learning sebagai sarana penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Pengelolaan manajemen data e-learning ini merupakan hal penting karena data sangat diperlukan dalam administrasi harian guru bahkan juga untuk keperluan administrasi akreditasi. Saat ini pengelolaan manajemen data masih belum optimal, hal ini terlihat guru sering kehilangan data e-learning-nya saat terjadi perbaikan sistem. Backupan data belum dilakukan oleh sebagian besar guru sebagai pengguna e-learning. Perlu adanya suatu perencanaan tata kelola TI yang diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengelolaan sistem e-learning di sekolah tersebut, sehingga e-learning ini bisa berjalan optimal sesuai yang diharapkan. COBIT merupakan framework yang bisa digunakan untuk menyusun Tata kelola TI maupun melaksanakan audit TI yang telah diakui secara internasional. Versi yang sederhana adalah COBIT Quickstart. Penelitian ini menggunakan model tingkat kematangan yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh data kondisi aktual pada domain DS 11(mengelola data) dengan mempertimbangkan nilai indek kematangan (maturity index) pada 6 atribut kematangan yaitu: Awareness and Communication (AC), Policies, Standards and Procedures (PSP), Tools and Automation (TA), Skill and Expertise (SE). Responsibilities and Accountabilities (RA), Goal Setting and Measurement (GSM). Kondisi saat ini (as-is) terdapat tiga atribut berada pada level 1(inisialisasi), yaitu atribut RA, GSM dan AC, sedangkan lainnya sudah berada pada level dua(dapat diulang). Ini tergambar dengan kondisi sebagai berikut : peran dan tanggungjawab dalam manajemen data server belum ada kejelasan, kegiatan pengawasan terkait keamanan, backup data serta penghapusan data belum dilaksanankan, serta kesadaran terkait proses DS 11 baru sebagian pengguna SI yang peduli. Rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan merupakan proses perbaikan secara alamiah, serta merupakan proses pembelajaran yang mana tiap tingkatan kematangan harus dilalui , supaya perbaikan dapat berlangsung secara efektif. Untuk memenuhi kondisi sesuai tingkat kematangan harapan (to be) level empat, maka dibuat rekomendasi perbaikan secara bertahap dalam tiga kelompok yaitu: pencapaian tingkat kematangan 2, tingkat kematangan 3 dan tingkat kematangan 4.

Abstract

Dalam universitas data merupakan asset yang sangat penting, dan menjadi bagian dari semua aktivitas akademik maupun non-akademik. Agar aktivitas di kampus tidak terganggu maka data dikelola dengan baik dan terjaga keamanannya. Untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan data di Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo perlu adanya evaluasi sistem informasi akademik. COBIT merupakan salah satu framework yang sering digunakan para peneliti untuk mengevaluasi tata kelola teknologi Informasi. COBIT (control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) merupakan sekumpulan dokumentasi untuk evaluasi sistem informasi. Cobit memiliki 4 domain, dimana dalam penelitian ini hanya mengacu pada domain deliver and support pada point 11 (DS11) yaitu mengelola data.mDengan membagikan kuisioner kepada responden menurut diagram RACI ds11, untuk menentukan tingkat kematangan saat ini (as-is) dan tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan (to-be) untuk kedepannya. Saat ini tingkat kematangan sistem akademik di Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo berada pada tingkat 4 yaitu managed and measurable, dan tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan untuk 3 tahun kedepan berada pada tingkat 5 (optimised).

Abstract

Waste is one of the problems that often arise in life society. However, many ways are considered wiser in solving problems with garbage. One of them is by using it to produce new products that have economic value. Not only can it reduce the garbage stack, but this method can also bring additional income. This service activity was carried out in the village of Bulu Lor, Jambon Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency. Aim to provide training in making a bouquet by utilizing used items to homemakers and their youth. Besides, it also teaches how to market handicraft products to be known to more quickly, so the possibility of selling products is getting bigger. The result of this activity is to increase entrepreneurial skills to the community by providing capabilities to homemakers and youth in making flower bouquets and teaching how to market product results online. Keywords: Waste, bucket flower, entrepreneurship, online marketing

Abstract

The existence of an information system can make it easier to provide information and services. The Faculty of Engineering of Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo itself has an information system in the form of a website which is used almost every day by students. teknik.umpo.ac.id is a web address that is owned by the faculty of engineering, sometimes students have a lot of complaints about the information and services provided in it, whether the information is less up to date or even the appearance is a bit confusing when opened via a smartphone. The author aims to evaluate the information system to improve services to students. One method for measuring satisfaction is EUCS or End User Computing Satisfaction. Content variable in Content value gets 42.5% percentage which is included in the category of Disagree, Accuracy (Accuracy) of 62.6% percentage of which is in the category of Agree, Display (Format) with 65.73% of the percentage that is included in the Agree category . Ease of Use (user convenience) with a percentage of 77% included in the Agree category. On time (Timeliness) with a percentage rate of 29% which is included in the category of Disagree. The dominant factor in creating user satisfaction in the EUCS method on the technical website.umpo.ac.id is the variable that has the highest mean (mean), namely the ease of use variable which reaches a value of 77%, while the variable which has the lowest mean (mean), which is the Timeliness variable with a percentage of 29%.

Abstract

This activity aims to realize the skills and independence in entrepreneurship for the community in Bulu Lor village, Jambon District, Ponorogo district. Utilizing potential opportunity situations, namely housewives and youth who are human resources in the village by providing briefing in the form of souvenirs to online product marketing assistance. The method in IbM activities is in the form of souvenir making training and mentoring for online marketing. The result of this activity is the improvement of entrepreneurial skills for the community, one way to improve the skills of housewives and youth in making souvenirs and introducing online marketing media. The training in making souvenirs from flannel cloth (key chains, brooches and flower bouquets) was attended by 24 participants. Although none of the participants present had ever made crafts from flannel and online marketing, after this training participants could make souvenirs from flannel (key chains, brooches and flower bouquets) and online marketing by utilizing social media (Facebook and Instagram).

Abstract

Keberadaan alumni dari sekolah menengah merupakan hal yang penting sebagai track record dari kesuksesan suatu sekolah dalam mendidik siswanya. Aplikasi pengolah data alumni sekolah yang berbasis web sangat diperlukan penggunaanya sebagai sebuah database penampung data dari alumni yang terstruktur dan mudah diakses. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi data alumni berbasis web dengan studi kasus SMAN 3 Ponorogo yang kedepannya dapat memudahkan para alumni maupun pihak sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu pengembangan system yaitu Flowchart, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) serta dengan memakai Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML dan menggunakan database yaitu MySQL. Web ini dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam melakukan pendataan alumni dan para alumni masih tetap bisa mengetahui informasi mengenai sekolah mereka sehingga tetap bisa berinteraksi ketika diadakan reuni.

Abstract

To improve health care and processing data for medical records at the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University campus health unit, a modern medical record information system is needed. The current medical record-recording process in the Muhammadiyah University campus medical unit of Ponorogo is still done by hand, which is by writing in a book and a patient's treatment card. This is running less optimal because an official has to retrieve and retrieve the data that will be needed in a patient's books and treatment cards, so it takes little time and space. The aim of this study is to develop an existing medical record system, becoming a web-based modern medical record system for patients to record clearly and more efficiently. The study begins with observation, study literature, and then follows the design method using the waterfall model, the context diagram design, the flow diagram (DFD), entity relathionship diagram (erd), system interface design and application testing. With the design of this application for medical records, it is hoped to be beneficial and can improve health care at UKK Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo. The design of this medical record application is still in short supply, and few improvements and innovations that the age has developed need to be made.

Abstract

Blind is a term used to define the human condition given a privilege by God in the sense of sight, this condition makes blind people have a little difficulty in carrying out daily activities. Money is a primary human need and is very important for daily buying and selling transactions. Indonesian money, especially paper money, has an embossed line that can help people with visual impairments a little, but there is some money circulating in the market that is damaged or missing lines of appearance which makes it difficult for blind people to recognize the nominal of the money. The research was conducted at the “AISYIYAH” Orphanage for the Blind in Ponorogo by conducting several interviews with blind people, the informants provided information that they could recognize money on a daily basis but only applies to banknotes with good condition and the latest output, for damaged banknotes. or the old output is hard to identify. To help the blind recognize money, an android-based application was designed with the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm which is a type of string matching algorithm. This algorithm is a development algorithm from the previous algorithm, namely the Brute Force algorithm. The final result of this study shows that the android application designed using the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm is able to recognize nominal money with an accuracy rate of 100%.
