Abstract

This exploration means to break down the execution of run running among competitors who are individuals from the Indonesian Sports Affiliation (PASI) in Banjarbaru. Observational results show that many sprint runners have weaknesses in their fundamental techniques. This study uses a descriptive method to evaluate the athletic sprint running abilities of PASI Banjarbaru. Data was obtained through test analysis and measurement. The population consists of 12 athletes, with a sample selected based on purposive sampling criteria. The research findings indicate that the implementation of sprint running by female athletes of PASI Banjarbaru, classified as "Very Good" is 1 person with a percentage of (16%), classified as "Good" is 3 people with a percentage of (51%), and classified as "Sufficient" is 2 people with a percentage of (33%), while there are no athletes classified as "Less" or "Very Less" or (0%). Based on these percentages, the researcher concludes that 51% of female sprint athletes of PASI Banjarbaru understand the basic techniques of sprint running well.

Abstract

Futsal requires a significant level of physical fitness to perform at its best. The objective of this study is to assess the degree of physical fitness among futsal extracurricular students at SMPN 13 Banjarbaru. This study employs a descriptive methodology utilizing a quantitative approach. The study's population consisted of 14 futsal extracurricular students from SMPN 13 Banjarbaru. The research sample consisted of eight futsal extracurricular students from SMPN 13 Banjarbaru, chosen using the purposive selection technique. We gathered the data using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test for individuals aged 13-16 years. This test consists of the following components: a 50-meter sprint, a 60-second body lift hang, a 60-second sitting bar, an upright jump, and a 1000-meter run. The findings indicated that the physical fitness level of futsal extracurricular students at SMPN 13 Banjarbaru was comparatively inadequate. There are no students in the excellent category, which accounts for 0% of the total. Similarly, there are no students in the good category, which accounts for 0% of the total. There are 3 students in the moderate category, accounting for 37.5% of the total. Additionally, there are 5 students in the less category, representing 62.5% of the total. Lastly, there are no students in the extremely poor category. The level of physical fitness among the futsal extracurricular students at SMPN 13 Banjarbaru is relatively inadequate. Additional rigorous physical fitness training is required to enhance student performance in futsal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of understanding of a jury referee in Hulu Sungai Tengah district. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with a population of 10 jury referees and a sample taken of 5 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The instruments used are surveys, data collection, questionnaires and documentation. The subject of this research is the jury referee for Hulu Sungai Tengah district. The analysis carried out was using a questionnaire distribution technique using Google Form. This research shows that the overall results of the referee's and jury's answers are presented in percentage form. There are 6 indicators studied, including 3 categories of Very High indicators, and 3 categories of High indicators. in terms of weighing procedures 87% Very High, Prohibitions/competition violations 80% Very High, competition categories 80% Very High, Equipment Requirements for Athlete/Pesilat 67%, Techniques used 75%, Warnings and Punishments 60%. All data results mean the understanding level of the referees for the Hulu Sungai Tengah district is 64%, which is included in the high category. Overall, what we can take from the Analysis of the Level of Understanding is that referees and judges in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency have a good understanding of the latest pencak silat competition regulations and protocols in holding pencak silat matches. Referees and judges must continue to increase their understanding of the latest regulations governing the conduct of matches and the importance of upholding integrity in match fairness, while ensuring that any violations can be dealt with properly. Thus, the researcher recommends to future researchers to carry out training/upgrading as well as carry out pre-tests and post-tests related to understanding the rules of the latest pencak silat competitions. The referees and judges of Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency need to hold something called refreshing as a form of personal upgrade regarding pencak silat regulations.

Abstract

Underpassing is a basic skill that must be mastered in order to be able to play volleyball by receiving the ball from the serve and then passing to a teammate to attack. This research aims to determine the skills in passing under volleyball of extracurricular students at SMPN 6 Muara Uya. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The population used in this research was extracurricular volleyball students at SMPN 6 Muara Uya, totaling 15 male students. Basically, total sampling technique was used for this research. This research uses data collection techniques using a Volleyball Skill Test Passing test. The results of the data obtained from research on the level of volleyball underpassing skills of extracurricular students at SMPN 6 Muara Uya are generally in the "Very Less" category, there are 8 students in the very poor category with a percentage of 53.3%, 6 students in the poor category with a percentage of 40.0%, 1 students in the medium category with a percentage of 6.7%, 0 students in the good category with a percentage of 0%, and 0 students in the very good category with a percentage of 0%. Efforts are needed to improve the volleyball underpassing skills of extracurricular students at SMPN 6 Muara Uya. These efforts can be made through more focused and intensive training, as well as by providing better guidance and direction from the supervising teacher.
