Abstract

The background of this thesis is that the Ministry of Religion of Sijunjung Regency has problems with the room facilities for services that are not extensive enough, resulting in prospective pilgrims who wish to register having to wait outside the room for the Hajj and Umrah Organizing section when many pilgrims come to request services and elements of continuous improvement where is the lack of manpower or employees in the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Section of the Ministry of Religion of Sijunjung Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze a large part of the Management Analysis of Hajj Services in Improving Pilgrimage Satisfaction at the Ministry of Religion of Sijunjung Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that Service Management has indicators in the form of polite behavior, method of delivery, time of delivery and hospitality. From these factors, the results of an assessment of the Service Management implemented by the Ministry of Religion of Sijunjung Regency were obtained in the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Section. Hajj and Umrah Management Employees have clear service standards and have guarantees for the privacy of pilgrims. The facilities and infrastructure provided are adequate. Employees serve the congregation not only in the office but also provide services via telephone so that they can quickly and responsively respond to problems or problems experienced by the congregation.

Abstract

The background of writing this thesis is that PT. Cordoba Berkah Mandiri has a license to operate legally, the products are not innovative and varied, and the information presented is incomplete and detailed. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how much influence the quality of Umrah service package services has on the congregation's interest in registering at PT Cordoba Berkah Mandiri partially. This research is a quantitative research that analyzes the relationship between variables by testing the hypothesis. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a sample of 91 people. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis, T test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the regression analysis show that the service quality variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on the intention to register (Y) in choosing travel organizers for the Umrah pilgrimage as evidenced by the equation Y = 12.315 + 0.459X, meaning that before there is a service quality variable, the value of interest in registering amounted to 12.315 or 1231.5%, but after there was a service intensity variable, interest in registering increased by 0.459 or 45.9%. In terms of service quality, it also had a positive and significant influence on interest in registering with travel organizers of the Umrah pilgrimage.

Abstract

This study discusses the factors that affect the sukuk rating given by PT PEFINDO in terms of accounting and non-accounting factors for sukuk whose emite is registered with ISSI. PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia is a rating agency in Indonesia that has been recognized by OJK. Accounting factors can be seen from the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turn over, company size; While non-accounting factors can be seen from the maturity or age of sukuk. The purpose of this study is to see what are the factors that affect the sukuk rating given by OJK so that it can be taken into consideration for parties who are related or need this information. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive quantitative approach. The method used is multiple linear regression. Research data is secondary data obtained through the internet and other sources. The results of the study based on the t test showed that (1) the current ratio variable did not have a significant effect on sukuk rating, (2) the debt to equity ratio variable had a significant effect on sukuk rating, (3) the total asset turn over variable had a significant effect on sukuk rating, (4) the company size variable did not have a significant effect on sukuk rating, (5) sukuk age variable had a significant effect on sukuk rating. And based on test F, the results showed a stimultan influence on the variables of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, company size, sukuk age, on sukuk rating.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how much influence compensation and work motivation have on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of PT. LNK Perkebunan Bukit Lawang with a total sample of 63 using a data collection technique, namely distributing questionnaires. Data processing techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, T test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis carried out using SPSS 29.0 software resulted in an output analysis showing that it was significant that the variables of compensation (X1), work motivation (X2), and employee performance (Y), the results of multiple linear regression Y = 8.002 + 0.384 + 0.341 as evidenced by t test shows that the compensation variable has a significant influence on employee performance as indicated by the value of t count > t table 2.965> 1.670 so that H_a is accepted. In the work motivation variable with a t count > t table 3.341> 1.670 so that H_a is accepted. The f test shows that the variables of compensation and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of f count > f table, namely 9.693 > 3.15. The R^2 value indicates that compensation and work motivation affect employee performance by 0.554 (55.4%). And the results of statistical testing of compensation and work motivation have a contribution of 55.4% which affects employee performance.

Abstract

The background of the researchers choosing this title is that there is a problem of a lack of tourism development in the Sijunjung traditional village and a lack of potential for the attractiveness of the Sijunjung traditional village. This research aims to meknow what the strategy for developing tourist attractions in the village of Aday Padang, the realm of Sijunjung Regency. To find out what the potential and attractiveness of the Padang area traditional village of Sijunjung Regency is. This type of research uses field research and a qualitative descriptive approach. Techniques to collect data through observation, interviews and documentation. This research method uses SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE Matrix analysis, Cartesian diagrams, SWOT matrix analysis and score weight table analysis. Based on the research results obtained from internal (IFE) and external (EFE) evaluations using the SWOT matrix and score weight table, it was obtained that the highest total weight score was found in the S-T strategy, which was 3.25. This shows that the development of tourism potential must utilize the strengths possessed to reduce threats by 1) Maintaining the natural tourism potential of traditional villages so that no natural damage occurs. 2) Give a warning to those who exploit it so that the natural potential in traditional village tourist destinations is maintained. 3) Utilizing local culture, historical relics and natural potential in traditional villages to improve the image of Sijunjung Regency to be better known outside the region.

Abstract

Rice farming as a food commodity and also as the main source of income for the community in Kenagarian Guguak VIII Kot, makes the agricultural sector the majority occupation occupied by the people in the area. As the main income, of course, it is undeniable that it experiences fluctuations as a result of problems and threats that come. The purpose of this research is to formulate the right strategy to increase farmer’s income in Kenagarian Guguak VIII koto. this type of research is to qualitative research through a descriptive qualitative approach. This research requires data obtained from interviews and field observations with rice farmers and toke in Kenagarian Guguak VIII koto. The results of this study in formulating strategies to increase farmers' income in Kenagarian Guguak VIII Koto by exploiting existing opportunities by minimizing their weaknesses. Where possible strategies to be implemented are alternative fertilizer substitutes in overcoming limitations, improving agricultural facilities and infrastructure, and creating new irrigation.

Abstract

The background of this research is because there is still a lack of optimization of natural resources and human resources owned in developing dragon fruit businesses in Nagari Kacang, District X Koto Singkarak, Solok Regency. The dragon fruit business is a new sector developed by the people in Nagari Kacang by utilizing the land in their yards as land for growing dragon fruit plants. In addition, the market opportunity for dragon fruit yields is also very large so that it becomes an attraction for farmers who initially only manage seasonal crops and then switch to growing dragon fruit plants. However, over time, dragon fruit plants began to be attacked by pests and diseases which resulted in defects in the stems of the plants, which also affected the yields of the dragon fruit itself. So far, no farmers have been able to completely eradicate these pests and diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research related to how the dragon fruit business development strategy and its impact on increasing people's income. Then came the formulation of the problem, namely how to develop a dragon fruit business strategy in an effort to increase people's income in Nagari Kacang, X Koto Singkarak District, Solok Regency. This type of research with a qualitative descriptive approach using observation and interview data collection techniques. The results of the study stated that there are several strategies that can be applied by dragon fruit farmers in the development effort, namely utilizing the resources they have so that they can continue to expand the development of the dragon fruit business to increase people's income.

Abstract

This study is driven by issues with the method for managing Hajj registration documents as efficiently as possible, which are occasionally hindered by the network, and by prospective pilgrims' ignorance of the Hajj registration process, which frequently results in inaccuracies in congregational data. This study looks at how best to optimize document management systems as a service for potential Hajj travelers and how document management and services for potential Hajj travelers relate to each other. This study used qualitative research methods. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data, primary data was obtained from staff involved in the Hajj and Umrah Organizers of the Bukittinggi City Ministry of Religion, while secondary data was obtained by collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results obtained by the author show that the Bukittinggi City Ministry of Religion has managed Hajj documents effectively and efficiently according to Poerwadarminta's optimization theory. Document management is carried out well using an IT-based system in its management, and continues to make optimization efforts in managing Hajj documents so that Hajj document management services run optimally. And the management of Hajj documents is included in the services for Hajj pilgrims because in its implementation it applies services in the form of verbal, written and deeds which are applied very well by Hajj officers.

Abstract

The absence of human resources and tourism, the underdevelopment of Puncak Kabun Palanta Inyiak Reda Singgalang tourism, the poor quality of the roads leading to tourist sites, and the poor quality of public amenities such restrooms and prayer rooms are the main research topics in this thesis. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the best course of action for enhancing Puncak Kabun Palanta Inyiak Reda Singgalang as a tourist destination in the Agam Regency in order to attract more visitors. In this study, the author used a qualitative descriptive method. Three methods are utilized to acquire data: documentation, interviews, and observation. SWOT, IFE, and EFE analyses, SWOT diagrams, and SWOT matrices are the power analysis techniques that are employed. The results of the research show that the Puncak Kabun Palanta Inyiak Reda Singgalang tourist destination already has strengths in Internal Factors, but has not been able to maximize opportunities originating from External factors because there are various threats that are quite hindering. Therefore, diversification must be carried out so that there can be development in tourist areas and tourism renewal that provides innovation as well as security and comfort in the Puncak Kabun Palanta Inyiak Reda Singgalang tourist destination.
