Abstract

PT. BHB (Batang Hari Barisan) Padang By Pass Batuang Village Taba Lubuk Begalung is a rubber factory company. The amount of rubber production from 2016 - 2020 fluctuated where the amount was unstable, it was seen that it changed every year. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline in increasing employee productivity at PT. BHB (Batang Hari Barisan) Padang BY PASS Batuang Taba Village, Lubuk Begalung. Data collection methods are Field Research (Field Research) and Library Research (Library Research). The types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. The population of this research is all office employees at PT. BHB as many as 272 people. and a sample of 73 people. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of simple linear regression analysis and partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that there is a positive and significant effect on work discipline which has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. BHB (Batang Hari Barisan) Padang By Pass, Batuang Taba Village, Lubuk Begalung.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style partially on employee motivation, the influence of organizational culture partially on employee motivation, and the influence of leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously on employee motivation at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Pesisir Selatan District. Research methods include field research and library research. The types of data are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, and Hypothesis Testing using the F test and t-test. The results of the study found that the Leadership Style Variable partially had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in Pesisir Selatan District. Organizational Culture Variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Work Motivation at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in Pesisir Selatan Regency. Taken together (simultaneously) the variables of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have an effect on Employee Work Motivation at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Pesisir Selatan Regency, with an F count of 9.279 with a significant value of 0.001 (p <0.05).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1. Pengaruh konflik kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taru Nusantara Padang. 2. Pengaruh stres kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. PT. Taru Nusantara Padang 3. Pengaruh konflik kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taru Nusantara Padang. 4. Pengaruh konflik kerja yang dimoderasi oleh semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taru Nusantara Padang. 5. Pengaruh stres kerja yang dimoderasi oleh semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taru Nusantara Padang. Objek populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Taru Nusantara Padang sebanyak 67 karyawan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi serta uji hipotesis t dan F. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 1. Konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taru Nusantara Padang. 2. Stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taru Nusantara Padang. 3.Konflik kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taru Nusantara Padang. 4. Semangat kerja tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taru Nusantara Padang. 5. Semangat kerja tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taru Nusantara Padang. Besarnya kontribusi pengaruh konflik kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Taru Nusantara Padang adalah 99,4% sedangkan sisanya 0,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
