The lack of interest in reading in SD N 4 Simpang Katis children is a problem in this study. This study tries to find out how the digital book of Bangka Belitung folklore influences the reading interest of fourth grade students at SD N 4 Simpang Katis. This study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design with a population of students at SD N 4 Simpang Katis and a sample of class IV A and class IV B. The data collection approach included surveys and documentation. Independent Sample T-Test is used in the data analysis method. Based on the data analysis it can be said that: 1) There was no difference in the reading interest of the control class students before and after being given the treatment of folklore textbooks, a significant value = 0.810 was obtained with an average difference of 0.1. 2) The reading interest of the experimental class students is different from the control group because a significant value of 0.00 is obtained and the average difference is 29.3. 3) In the experimental class using digital Bangka Belitung folklore books and the control class using printed folklore books, a significance value of 0.00 was obtained with an average difference of 24.6 indicating that there were differences in students' reading interest after being given treatment. . Calculations in this study were carried out using the SPSS 25 program.
