Abstract

Abstract: Khadija figure as a noble woman in the middle of his people, has a history of its own that invites admiration and praise from anyone when woman at the time underestimated and tend diabaikan. Khadijah are woman who have a high work ethic in managing his business empire with intelligencein choosing a partner solid in running the bussines trade and thanks for accuracy in bussines opportunities, then gradually gains Khadijah fantastic figures show, even Khadijah became known as the richest merchants in mecca. Khadija figure succesfull in the bussines world is a reflection of a succesfull leader, paying attention to the people they lead, to know the characters around him, mind set and behavior, and helping the person to develop himself. Khadija success in entrepreneurship, due to the nature of its independent in running the bussines, he has integrity so that he does not tempted to do negativepractices that are contrary to the principle and spirit of religion. Khadija also known as a highly succesfull in utilizing their commercial advantage in sustaining and supporting propaganda to spread and develop the prophet of islam. Khadija success is to encourage writers to examine more deeply abut the success of Khadija in business.
