Abstract

The purpose of this study is to uncover a collaborative process of educational technology in schools, they call evaluating, decision making, and applying. Through qualitative methods revealed how evaluative processes can include interdisciplinary stakeholders, and then to explore the process of applying technology in school in the context of teaching and learning in real terms on subjects. The research design begins with the identification of learning activities, the development of evaluation criteria that maps the objectives of learning activities and the needs of policy makers, and the interventions of educational technology activities in the teaching and learning process. The results of the study are identified evaluation methods that involve collaborating interdisciplinary stakeholders on teacher teaching abilities for the purpose of exposing several divergent perspectives and views. The implication for academics who need pedagogical is the exposure of patterns and completeness of administrative support.

Abstract

Memperkuat kerangka profesionalisasi guru terutama dalam praksis pembelajaran di kelas, diperlukan program pelatihan bagi guru yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dan sekaligus dapat diimplementasikan untuk memberikan dampak langsung pada perolehan belajar siswa. Tujuan dari program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah terbentuknya model profesionalisasi guru dalam praktik pembelajaran di kelas/sekolah guna memperbaiki kualitas perolehan hasil belajar siswa. Metode diterapkan dalam hal ini adalah pendidikan masyarakat (yang dalam hal ini guru di beberapa kecamatan di Kabupaten Semarang) dalam upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pembelajaran inovatif. Hasil yang dicapai secara umum adalah guru yang berkualitas dan mampu berinovasi melalui penguatan bidang ilmu. Program pelatihan menjadi upaya dalam memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang berbagai inovasi pembelajaran baik yang bersifat konsep maupun yang bersifat praktik dalam kerangka meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan perolehan hasil belajar siswa. Strengthening teacher's professionalism framework especially in classroom teaching praxis, teacher training programs are needed for teachers who are relevant to the needs and can be implemented to have a direct impact on the learning achievement of the students. The purpose of this program of community service activities is the formation of teacher professionalization model in the practice of learning in the classroom / school to improve the quality of student learning outcomes. The method applied in this case is community education (in this case teachers in some sub-districts in Semarang) in an effort to improve knowledge and innovative learning skills. The results achieved are generally qualified teachers and able to innovate through strengthening the field of science. The training program is an effort to provide knowledge and insight into the various innovative learning both conceptual and practical in the framework of improving the professionalism of teachers and the achievement of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pengelolaan administrasi arsip menjadi hal pokok untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pembuatan database. Ngaliyan sebagai sasaran pengabdian adalah sebuah kecamatan yang terletak di sebelah barat Kota Semarang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Indonesia berbatasan dengan kecamatan Mijen, Semarang Barat dan Tugu. Sebelum menjadi sebuah Kecamatan sendiri, Ngaliyan merupakan Kelurahan di dalam wilayah Kecamatan Tugu. Namun, melihat potensi pengembangan dan luas wilayahnya, maka akhirnya Ngaliyan berubah menjadi sebuah Kecamatan. Ngaliyan yang berada di sebelah barat pusat kota Semarang mempunyai posisi yang strategis karena menjadi penghubung antara Semarang dan Kendal. Kendal. Selain itu, lokasinya yang cukup tinggi menjadikan wilayah ini bebas banjir dan sangat cocok untuk dijadikan kawasan hunian. Pengelolaan arsip online membutuhkan kemampuan yang mendasar untuk melakukan operasional yang tepat. Pengelolaan dan administrasi arsip sangat dibutuhkan di wilayah kelurahan, sebagaimana di galakan kementerian desa tentang pengelolaan arsip online. Peningkatan kemampuan administrasi pengelolaan arsip online sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang kinerja perangkat desa. Pengabdian di desa podorejo dipilih berdasarkan sampling yang diperoleh dari analisis kebutuhan. Manfaat pengabdian ini dapat memberikan dampak positif dan berguna bagi masyarakat dalam jangkauan panjang khususnya bagi perangkat desa.

Abstract

Organisasi guru pada dasarnya merupakan sarana untuk memperkuat solidaritas guru dalam meningkatkan kualifikasi diri dan menghadapi beberapa tantangan. Persatuan Guru Nahdlatul Ulama (Pergunu) adalah salah satu organisasi guru yang telah berdiri lama, namun karena kebijakan monopoli organisasi guru pada masa Orde Baru. Pasca reformasi 1998 Pergunu bangkit lagi dan sekarang dalam proses konsolidasi sebagai organisasi guru yang berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru di lingkungan Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Dalam hal ini upaya awal untuk membuat Pergunu lebih berdaya dilakukan melalui pengembangan website organisasi yang diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana komunikasi, belajar, dan memperjuangkan aspirasi guru yang dinaungi Pergunu. Website organisasi memiliki peran vital di era internet sekarang. Agar betul-betul berkembang, maka pengembangan website organisasi ini didukung oleh pelatihan jurnalistik dan tata kelola media online. Upaya ini dilakukan tim program pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) dengan pendekatan partisipatoris dan diupayakan pada penguatan lembaga Pergunu.

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan penguasaan kemampuan menulis artikel bagi guru sekolah dasar mendesak dilakukan. Sebagian besar guru di Indonesia belum optimal dalam melaksanakan PTK, membuat laporan PTK, dan menghasilkan artikel berbasis PTK, serta mempublikasikannya melalui jurnal ilmiah. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru mengenai PTK dan artikel ilmiah,  serta menghasilkan artikel ilmiah dari hasil PTK guru SD Kecamatan Kaliwungu. Program IbM ini secara optimal dilakukan proses pendampingan bagi guru SD di Kecamatan Kaliwungu dari yang belum memiliki dasar penyusunan artikel ilmiah sampai peserta dibekali dengan beberapa materi untuk memperlancar proses penyusunan artikel ilmiah. Pendekatan personal dalam setiap pelatihan yang dilakukan diharapkan seluruh guru dapat menyusun artikel ilmiah dari laporan hasil PTK tanpa terkendala apapun dengan mengetahui ketentuan-ketentuan penyusunan artikel ilmiah. Pelatihan dinilai efektif karena sudah menghasilkan artikel peserta pengabdian yang telah disubmit di jurnal nasional dan melihat hasil perhitungan N-Gain yang telah mengalami kenaikan. Manfaat pengabdian ini membantu guru-guru SD Kecamatan Kaliwungu menyusun artikel ilmiah yang berkualitas agar dapat dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah nasional.

Abstract

The research was distributed online by using online assessment that prove an effectiveness.  if it applied on 21st century learning. The purpose of this research is to uncover the extent of the benefits of using online learning evaluation in higher education seen from the indicator 1.) Implementation of online learning at College, 2). Daily evaluation process regarding online learning at higher education. The method used is descriptive data with qualitative, qualitative data was extracted and performed data analysis using the technique of triangulation. Delights of the descriptive data presented as the interpretation of the results of research which facilitates readings manually. The research results showed that the majority of universities in Central Java have already implemented online evaluations, online evaluation process prepared cooked through evaluation document that will be loaded online. The benefits of this research can be used as material for the study of theory to apply online evaluation on learning in college. The impact of this research is to gain his insight regarding the benefits of strategy evaluation for technology-based teaching lectures in college.

Abstract

Thailand is one of the greatest Buddhist country in Southeast Asia, therefore the Buddhism values and culture inevitably intervene education, including the curriculum. It is interesting to investigate how Islamic school arranges and develops its own curriculum in order to balance the national interest influenced by Buddhism and the Islamic belief, values, and culture owned by the school in Thailand. This article tries to illustrate Anuban Islam Songkhla School as one of the Islamic schools adapts the national educational policy and arranges their curriculum rooted on Islamic vision. This research found that Songkhla School does not implement all policy endorsed by the government officially due to its incompatibility with the Islamic vision of the school.    Abstrak Thailand adalah salah satu negara Budha terbesar di Asia Tenggara, oleh karena itu nilai-nilai dan budaya Budha tak terelakkan lagi pasti mengintervensi dunia pendidikannya, termasuk kurikulumnya. Sangat menarik untuk menyelidiki bagaimana sekolah Islam di Thailand mengatur dan mengembangkan kurikulumnya sendiri untuk menyeimbangkan kepentingan nasional yang dipengaruhi oleh agama Budha dengan ajaran, nilai-nilai, dan budaya Islam yang dimiliki oleh sekolah tersebut. Artikel ini mencoba menggambarkan Sekolah Songkhla Islam Anuban sebagai salah satu sekolah Islam yang mengadaptasi kebijakan pendidikan nasional dalam upaya menyusun kurikulum mereka sendiri yang berakar pada visi-visi keislaman. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Sekolah Songkhla tidak menerapkan semua kebijakan yang diberlakukan oleh pemerintah secara resmi, karena memang pada dasarnya tidak semuanya kompatibel dengan visinya sebagai sekolah Islam.

Abstract

Creating healthy, independent, quality and productive older adults can be performed through routine health care efforts, namely the need to pay attention to risk factors to improve the health of the elderly. This study aims to explain the process of empowering the elderly, explain the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of allowing the elderly, and explain the outcomes of the elderly empowerment program through the posyandu. This qualitative study uses the subject of Posyandu management, posyandu’s cadres for elderly and elderly families. Data analysis is shown in an interactive model by describing complete description data. The results showed that the process of empowering the elderly starts from preparation, assessment, planning alternative programs, formulating action plans, implementation and evaluation; while supporting factors are enthusiastic elderly who are high enough to know the health and support of the elderly family. Awareness is still low even there is a lack of infrastructure. The implication of this research for the field of community empowerment studies is to provide the benefits of preliminary studies for the development of betterquality empowerment models.

Abstract

The implementation of PPL is carried out by students of educational programs in Indonesia. This research aims to determine student performance in implementing PPL in the PGPAUD Study Program and determine the inhibiting and supporting factors of implementation PPL of PGPAUD students. This research was conducted based on a quantitative line of thought. Even so, technically, qualitative methods cannot be abandoned, especially concerning the importance of the study results' versatility. The subjects of this study were school principals and tutors of partner schools in Central Java Province. Data will be collected in two ways, namely a questionnaire in the form of a subject's self-response to statements made based on the PPL implementation assessment module's indicators. The implementation of learning can be described as 12.8% of respondents believe that students are in an outstanding category, 49.8% of respondents think that students are in a suitable type. There are 37.4% of respondents who say that they are not right. Inhibiting factors for PPL implementation for PGPAUD students include the practitioner's ability to establish a social relationship with the school community. Meanwhile, the factors that support the implementation of PPL for PGPAUD students include the location of PPL places that are close to the campus, the majority of PGPAUD lecturers are still young, online assessment and monitoring systems, good relations between partner schools and PGPAUD majors, internship programs 1 and 2 and field observations of subjects. PPL is designed jointly between the PGPAUD department and partner schools, so that it will run effectively.
