<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pelaksanaan perjanjian jual beli bawang merah yang sudah dipanjar dipasar pannampu kota makassar untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memperngaruhi atau menyebabkan pembatalan terhadap pembatalan perjanjian jual beli bawang merah yang sudah dipanjar. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan jenis data primer dan sekunder. Penulis menggunakan dua Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan studi Pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Faktor yang mempengaruhi pembatalan jual beli bawang merah yaitu tidak sesuai dengan kesepakatan antara kedua belah pihak, dan terjadi perselisihan harga antara pembeli ketika melakukan transaksi, Perlindungan hukum akibat adanya pembatalan sepihak yang dilakukan suplyer, konsumen berhak meminta tanggung jawab kepada suplyer ada pembatalan tersebut. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of red onion sale and purchase agreements that have been charged in the Pannampu market in Makassar City to find out the factors that influence or cause the cancellation of red onion sale and purchase agreements that have been charged. This type of research is empirical legal research with primary and secondary data types. The author used two data collection techniques, namely interviews and literature study. The results of the research show that the factors that influence the cancellation of the sale and purchase of shallots are that it is not by the agreement between the two parties, and there is a price dispute between buyers when making a transaction.
