Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the influence of compensation, work discipline and work commitment towards working performance at PT Indo Mega Berjaya Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Indo Mega Berjaya, Medan. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research methods. The subject of this research uses the PT. Indo Mega Berjaya Medan with a population of 128 employees and the sampling technique using simple random sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 56 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data on the variables of compensation, work discipline, work commitment and employee performance Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, t test or partial hypothesis test, F test or simultaneous test and coefficient calculation. determination. The results of descriptive analysis in the variables of compensation, work discipline, work commitment and employee performance are in good categories. Based on a partial analysis of compensation, work discipline and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Indo Mega Berjaya Medan. Simultaneously the variable compensation, work discipline, work commitment and employee performance have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Indo Mega Berjaya Medan. From the results of the test of the determination deficiency, the r value obtained is 64.4%. The remaining 35.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as motivation, work environment, leadership, and so on

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Mega Bintang Mas Indonesia Medan. The population in this study is 72 (seventy two) and the sample is 72 using census technique. Research respondents are employees at PT. Mega Bintang Mas Indonesia Medan, which are 72 (seventy two) employees. The data research instruments used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, Park Gleyser test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, multiple linear reliability coefficient test, partial hypothesis test or t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or test. F, and the coefficient of determination. The results of descriptive analysis at PT. Mega Bintang Mas Indonesia Medan for transformasional leadership style variable is in good category, work motivation variable is in bad category, job satisfaction variable is in very bad category and employee performance variable at PT. Mega Bintang Mas Indonesia Medan is in quite good category. Based on a partial analysis, transformational leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Mega Bintang Mas Indonesia Medan. Simultaneously, transformational leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mega Bintang Mas Indonesia Medan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan komitmen kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pada PT Indo Mega Berjaya Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Indo Mega Berjaya, Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini menggunakan PT. Indo Mega Berjaya Medan dengan populasi 128 karyawan dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 56 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data tentang variabel kompensasi, disiplin kerja, komitmen kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi linier berganda, uji t atau uji hipotesis parsial, uji F atau uji simultan dan perhitungan koefisien. penentuan. Hasil analisis deskriptif pada variabel kompensasi, disiplin kerja, komitmen kerja dan kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori baik. Berdasarkan analisis parsial kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indo Mega Berjaya Medan. Secara simultan variabel kompensasi, disiplin kerja, komitmen kerja dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indo Mega Berjaya Medan. Dari hasil uji defisiensi determinasi diperoleh nilai r sebesar 64,4%. Sisanya sebesar 35,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, dan sebagainya.
