Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work ethics, work ability and work motivation on employee performance partially and simultaneously at Bank Mega Syariah Mataram Branch Office. This study uses a type of quantitative research with associative methods. The population used in this study were all employees of Bank Mega Syariah, Mataram Branch Office, totaling 40 respondents and the sample used in this study was 40 respondents using a saturated sample. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire method and to test the validity of the data was carried out by testing the validity and reliability. The next data analysis technique was carried out by using the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, T Test and F Test, and the Coefficient of Determination. The results of the partial significant test from the analysis of research discussion show that 1) Work Ethics, with a tcount of 14.039 > ttable of 2.042, and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it means that work ethics have a significant influence on employee performance partially. 2) Work Ability, with a tcount value of 16.875 > ttable 2.042 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it means that work ability has a significant influence on employee performance partially. 3) Work Motivation, with a tcount of 6.769 > ttable of 2.042 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it means that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance partially. 4) Work ethics, work ability and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the value of Fcount 196.749 > Ftable 8.62.
