<![CDATA[Abstract: Tanjungbalai city is one of the most populous cities in North Sumatra province, so this city has 8 active markets, one of which is the happy market or tax. Currently the happy tax operates from morning to noon, and at night there are no guards, so sometimes theft often occurs at traders' kiosks. So, to anticipate a similar incident, a tax kiosk door locking device was designed using an RFID module with the concept of artificial intelligence. So a prototype was designed using the science and technology deception concept, where the tool simulates the theft process at one of the stalls belonging to traders at the Happy Market. so that when the kiosk is forced open, an alarm with a high buzzer type with a voltage of 12VDC will be active, and if it is opened using an RFID module whose ID Card does not match, then the RC 522 module connected to a voltage of 3.3VDC from the controller will turn on the high buzzer to notify people. or a nearby night guard. Saat ini pajak bahagia beroperasi pada pagi sampai siang hari, dan ketika malam pajak bahagia tidak ada penjagaan, sehingga terkadang sering terjadi pencurian di kios kios milik pedagang. Sehingga untuk mengantisipasi kejadian yang sama, maka dirancang alat pengunci pintu kios pajak dengan menggunakan modul RFID dengan konsep kecerdasan buatan. Sehingga dirancang sebuah prototype dalam konsep depusi iptek, dimana alat tersebut mensimulasikan proses pencurian pada salah satu kios milik pedagang di pasar bahagia. sehingga ketika kios dibuka paksa, maka alarm dengan jenis high buzzer dengan tegangan 12VDC akan aktif, dan jika dibuka dengan menggunakan modul RFID yang ID Card tidak sesuai, maka modul rc 522 yang terhubung ketegangan 3.3VDC dari controller akan menyalakan high buzzer untuk memberi tahu orang atau penjaga malam sekitar.
