<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh fasilitas pendidikan dan efektivitas pengajar. Strategi deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Ada 26 peserta dalam populasi penelitian ini instruktur SD Negeri Bumi Setia. Kuesioner digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam analisis data bersama dengan uji t dan f untuk pengujian hipotesis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pembelajaran berdampak terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; Nilai thitung sebesar 8,103 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,711 menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pembelajaran memberikan kontribusi sebesar 73,2% terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Kinerja mengajar guru berdampak terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; Hal ini terlihat dari nilai thitung sebesar 5,214 > nilai ttabel sebesar 1,711 yang menunjukkan adanya Kemanjuran pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh kinerja mengajar guru sebesar 53,1%. Hasil Fhitung 48,927 > Ftabel 3,40 menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pembelajaran dan efektivitas mengajar guru digabungkan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Fasilitas pembelajaran dan efektivitas guru secara keseluruhan berkontribusi sebesar 81,0% terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran; faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini menyumbang persentase sisanya. Learning facilities and teacher effectiveness as a whole contribute 81.0% to learning effectiveness; other factors not included in this study accounted for the remaining percentage.
