The First Aid training for Air Force personnel at Atang Sendjaja Air Base is part of community service aimed at enhancing the skills of personnel in handling medical emergencies. Although the personnel already possess basic safety knowledge, this training is designed to deepen their understanding and practical skills in First Aid. The training covers basic first aid principles, wound and bleeding management, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The training methods include lectures, discussions, and practical simulations, which are expected to increase personnel preparedness in dealing with various emergency situations. The training results showed a significant improvement in participants' knowledge and skills, reflected in the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. In conclusion, this training has successfully contributed to enhancing the capacity of Air Force personnel in maintaining safety in the workplace. The importance of this training lies in the role of personnel in providing effective first aid before medical assistance arrives, which can significantly reduce risks and accelerate victim recovery.
