This study aims to find out whether organizational culture affects the quality of public services at the Motolohu Village Office, Randangan District and to find out how much organizational culture influences the quality of public services at the Motolohu Village Office, Randangan District. The research methods used in this study are quantitative approach methods, data collection techniques obtained from observations and questionnaires (questionnaires) with a sample of 80 people, data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, simple linear regression and determination coefficient tests. The results of the study obtained from this study show that organizational culture has a positive effect on the quality of public services at the Motolohu Village Office, Randangan District by 40.4% and the remaining 59.6% is influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study.
