Abstract

Work Station, human Work Factor contains a high hazard potential so we need a preventive effort to prevent accidents and illness due to improper working posture. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship postures with complaints system muscoloskletal workers agate grinding process so that the system can meminimalisirkan complaint musculoskletal workers agate grinding. To determine the posture disorders occurring in workers then used method of REBA (Rapid EntireBody Asssessment). That is the method used to analyze the workers based on the position of the body. This method is designed to evaluate the work or activities, where such work has a tendency to cause discomfort such as fatigue in the neck, spine, arm. From the observations that have been made are not ergonomic working position. It is necessary for improvement of working methods by the company.Kata Kunci: Work Posture, Work Station, Musculoskeletal, REBA, Gems Stone.

Abstract

Pendidikan dan pembelajaran di tingkat sekolah menengah pertama atau lebih dikenal dengan SMP merupakan pendidikan formal di tingkat pendidikan dasar.menekankan pada peletakan dasar dalam mempersiapkan generasi menjadi manusia yang mampu menghadapi zaman yang semakin sulit. Dalam mengembangkan potensi dan bakat peserta didik, dilakukan melalui proses pembelajaran. Dari hasil pengujian parsial (Uji t) variabel Pengambangan Karir (X1) terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja (Y) dan berdasarkan kriteria Uji T, didapatkan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung = 9,374 < t tabel = 2,035, maka Ho ditolak, dapat disimpulkan secara parsial bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai dan guru SMP Islam Terpadu Aziziyah Binjai. Dari hasil pengujian parsial (Uji t) variabel motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja (Y) dan berdasarkan kriteria Uji T, didapatkan signifikansi sebesar 0,522 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung = 0,646 < t tabel = 2,035, maka Ho diterima, dapat disimpulkan secara parsial bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara motivasi kerja terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai dan guru SMP Islam Terpadu Aziziyah Binjai. Dari hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan nilai signifikansi adalah sebesar 0,0 yang lebih kecil daripada 0,05 dan berdasarkan nilai F hitung adalah sebesar 46.974 yang lebih besar daripada F tabel sebesar 2,9. Dari kedua analisi tersebut, maka Ho ditolak, artinya ada secara simultan variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai dan guru SMP Islam Terpadu Aziziyah Binjai, maka harus ditingkatkan pula pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja Nilai Adjusted R Square pada tabel di atas sebesar 0,702 atau 70,2%. Kondisi ini menjelaskan bahwa 70,2% variabel pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan guru SMP Islam Terpadu Aziziyah Binjai.

Abstract

One measure of success in teaching and learning in tertiary institutions is academic achievement. Through student academic achievement, it will increase the enthusiasm of prospective students in determining the tertiary institution of their choice. This research is aimed to determine the differentiating factors of student academic achievement, with the independent variables, namely Program Package, Grade Point Average (GPA), Age and Domicile. The research conducted included classifying students into two groups based on student academic achievement, so the analysis method used was Discriminant Analysis. The results revealed that the differentiating variables between groups consisted of (1) Grade Point Average and (2) Age. The results of data processing from the Enter / Removed Variables, it is known that the Grade Point Average (GPA) variable can be included in the discriminant equation formation process, while the Program Package, Age, and Domicile variables cannot be included in the discriminant equation formation. Eigenvalues test results, obtained a Canonical Correlation value of 0.852 so that the Square Canonical Correlation (CR2) = (0.852) 2 = 0.7259, it can be concluded that the Student Academic Achievement Variable can be explained by the Variable Program Package, Student Achievement Index (GPA), Age and domicile of 72.59%. The results of the validation state that the level of accuracy is> 50% so that the discriminant function is considered appropriate in classifying students.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang dibutuhkan suatu organisasi. Pengujian pada sistem informasi adalah suatu hal yang penting untuk menentukan kualitas perangkat lunak. Salah satu cara untuk menguji kualitas perangkat lunak adalah dengan menggunakan metode kinerja produk McCall, di mana item yang diuji adalah faktor Correctness, Reliability, Efficiency, Integrity, dan Usability. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT Jasa Marga Cabang Palikanci yang terdiri dari 20 responden dan memuat faktor kualitas perangkat lunak yang akan digunakan. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas sistem informasi pengarsipan dokumen laporan jalan tol berada pada level 69,0% termasuk pada kategori baik menurut skala presentase kategori faktor kualitas. Namun jika hasil dilihat dari item yang diuji, masih terdapat kekurangan pada faktor Correctness, Reliability dan Usability. Sedangkan pada faktor Efficiency dan Integrity dapat dinyatakan bahwa sistem informasi pengarsipan dokumen laporan jalan tol telah memenuhi factor kualitas perangkat lunak

Abstract

PT XYZ bergerak dibidang funiture, dengan tingkat produksi yang terbilang cukup tinggi dan waktu rentang pemesanan yang cukup pendek. Maka, perencanaan bahan baku mutlak diperlukan guna menjamin lancarnya proses produksi. Permasalahan antara lain Sering terjadi penumpukan bahan baku. Tidak ada jadwal pembelian bahan baku. Hal ini tanpa disadari perusahaan akan menimbulkan kerugiankerugian, baik berupa kerusakan bahan bila terlalu lama disimpan dan menimbulkan masalah biaya-biaya yang seharusnya dapat diminimalisasi. Semua kegiatan perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku pada PT XYZ harus ditentukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, untuk itu ditentukan perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku dengan menggunakan MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Tahapan MRP yang dilakukan antara lain: Pembuatan Bill Of Material,Pembuatan struktur produk,Peramalan: metode kuadratis, metode siklis, regresi linear,MPS (Master Planning Schedule) , Membuat skema produksi,Membuat Struktur Produk,Perencanaan Bahan Baku, Penjadwalan induk produksi, Perhitungan kebutuhan bahan baku dengan metode Lot For Lot (LFL), metode Least Unit Cost (LUC). Data sekunder yang diambil di perusahaan adalah data penjualan dan bahan baku kitchen set. Perencanaaan bahan baku dibutuhkan peramalan penjualan bulan berikutnya dengan metode siklis. Hasil perhitungan perencanaan bahan baku pada PT XYZ diperoleh ramalan produksi perbulannya 7 unit kitchen set dengan waktu pemesanan rata-rata 3 bulan sekali

Abstract

This study aims (a) To determine and analyze the effect of education and training partially on employee performance (b) To determine and analyze the effect of work motivation partially on employee performance (c) To determine and analyze the effect of job placement partially on employee performance ( d) To determine and analyze the effect of education and training, work motivation and work placement simultaneously on employee performance. The problem to be investigated is that the performance is less than optimal because there are still employees who are not optimal in carrying out their duties as indicated by (a) There are some employees who do not know the work process of the new system that has just been adopted by the company. (b) There are still found employees who have not mastered the technology used by the company (c) Work motivation of employees who are not good so that employee performance decreases because employees are too often in and out of the workspace for no reason and the level of attendance is minimal. (d) There are still employees who complain about work placements that are not in accordance with applicable regulations. (e) The existing work placement system in the company is still subjective. The research was conducted at PT. Indonesia Power PLTU Pangkalan Susu OMU Unit 1-2. This study used a questionnaire as a research instrument and distributed to 35 employees. From the results of data processing, obtained a significance value of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. From this analysis, Ho is rejected, meaning that there are simultaneously independent variables affecting the dependent variable. To improve employee performance, education and training, motivation and work placement must also be increased. The value of the Adjusted R Square in the table above is 0.304 or 30.4%. This condition explains that 30.4% of the variables are Education and Training, Work Motivation and Work Placement. The remaining 69.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This means that from several factors supporting Education and Training, Work Motivation and Work Placement that affect employee performance the most is 30.4%

Abstract

The company was founded to provide welfare for stakeholders, namely those who are involved in company activities, either directly or indirectly. Those who are prioritized in obtaining welfare for the results provided by the company are shareholders, the board of directors, employees, including the government and the community. This is the main purpose of establishing the company. Companies engaged in any field, including manufacturing companies, trading companies, and service companies, still have the same goal, namely to improve the welfare of stakeholders. Identification of problems, namely (a) Employee performance which has decreased from the last 3 years (b) Lack of employee trust in company leaders as indicated by a lack of employee motivation at work (c) Some employees do not have a strong motivation to get awards or achievements (d) Environment company work that is not good for employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Mega Trans Medan. This research is a quantitative correlational type to see the effect between variables and the research was conducted on several employees by distributing questionnaires. Leadership style has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t value of 9.9419 > 2.0106, so the conclusion is, Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence between leadership style and employee performance. The work environment has a significance value of 0.803>0.05 and a t-count value of 0.251 <2.0106, so the conclusion is, Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no significant effect between the work environment and employee performance. Work motivation has a significance value of 0.02 <0.05 and a t value of 2.401 > 2.0106, so the conclusion is, Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. From the results of data processing, obtained a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. From this analysis, Ho is rejected, meaning that there are simultaneously independent variables affecting the dependent variable. To improve employee performance, PT. Trans Mega Medan must improve leadership style, work environment and work motivation. The value of Adjusted R Square in the table above is 0.741 or 74.1%. This condition explains that 74.1% leadership style, work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The remaining 35.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Area Imam Bonjol Medan, there has been a decline in employee performance for the last 3 (three) years. Based on the background of the problems described above and to obtain clarity on the issues to be discussed, the authors identify problems, namely (a) Employee Performance which has decreased from the last 3 years. (b) The company's lack of commitment to improve company performance. (c) Some employees do not have a strong motivation to get awards or achievements. (d) Some employees feel dissatisfied with their work and with the salary they receive. Job satisfaction is an emotional attitude that is pleasant and loves his job which is reflected by work morale, discipline and performance. Performance is the result of work that has a strong relationship with the company's strategic objectives, customer satisfaction, and contributes to the economy. Performance is also the result of work and how to get the results of the work. organizational commitment as a psychological state that characterizes the employee's relationship with the organization or its implications that affect whether employees will remain in the company or not, which is identified in three components, namely affective, continuous and normative commitment. Motivation is a behavioral activity that works in an effort to meet desired needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Area Imam Bonjol Medan. From the results of data processing, obtained a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. From this analysis, Ho is rejected, meaning that there are simultaneously independent variables affecting the dependent variable. To improve employee performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Imam Bonjol Medan, it must increase job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This training aims to improve the ability to use microsoft access programming for employees of the Bank Sumut Syariah business unit. This training was attended by all employees because this training is considered very important to support the performance of the employees. Currently, the Bank Sumut Syariah business unit has implemented technology based on Microsoft Access Programming in the context of carrying out all office activities. This training is carried out by means of socialization to employees, discussions, training and also direct practice of its use. The service activities for the Microsoft Access Programming Training have been carried out well. The service activity for the Microsoft Access Programming Training received an enthusiastic response from the participants of the Bank Sumut Syariah unit employees. Microsoft Access Programming training is carried out in stages and distributed in 14 meetings with a student center learning system and project based learning model so that employees can solve work problems with the skills that have been taught. Microsoft Access is a relational computer database application program that is used to design, create and process various types of data with large capacities. Database is a collection of related tables. Between tables with one another are related to each other, so it is often called a relational database. The relations between tables are connected by a key, namely the primary key and foreign key

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a very important thing to note so that all activities within the company can be run smoothly. Research on the level of job satisfaction at PT. Centradist Partsindo Utama Medan Branch started from the high level of employee absenteeism. Main Branch Medan. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods that aim to determine the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT. Centradist Partsindo Utama Medan Branch based on data obtained from questionnaires. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sampling where the subjects in this study are all employees. who have worked for more than 2 years at PT. Centradist Partsindo Utama Medan Branch, as many as 21 people. research subjects where as many as 3 employees (14.3%) have a high level of job satisfaction, 15 employees (71.4%) have a moderate level of job satisfaction, and 3 employees (14.3%) have low job satisfaction
