Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture partially and simultaneously to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official staff in Lumajang District. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 147 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results of the study obtained that the satisfaction of employees and organizational culture there is a significant positive influence partially on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the official staff in Lumajang District. While organizational commitment there is no significant positive effect partially on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official employees in Lumajang District. Simultaneously employee satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture there is a significant positive influence simultaneously to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on official staff in Lumajang District. The variables studied have an effect of 63.3% on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not in carefully.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of student satisfaction on dimensions of quality education services either partially or partial. Dimensions of the quality of education services consist of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Respondents were 60 students STIE Widya Gama Lumajang. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, by first testing the research instrument, namely the validity and reliability. The results showed that partially there are two variables that affect student satisfaction is assurance and empathy, while simultaneously dimensions of service quality education consisted of five variables affect the student satisfaction. 52.9% student satisfaction can be explained by the independent variables are physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, while the remaining 47.1% of student satisfaction is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

Abstract

Pemerintah Kabupaten Lumajang mempunyai harapan yang tinggi dibidang pariwisata dan kewirausahaan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Salah satu daerah yang mengalami permasalahan pada dua bidang tersebut adalah Desa Wonokerto Kecamatan Gucialit. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang muncul didaerah tersebut melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Pembelajaran dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh 27 mahasiswa STIE Widya Gama Lumajang, mulai tanggal 2 Mei 2019 sampai 29 Juni 2019. Metode yang dilaksanakan berupa pelatihan, sosialisasi, dan bantuan fisik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa meningkatnya keterampilan masyarakat, tersedianya sarana penunjang di lokasi wisata sumber sedaeng dan sumber winong, serta terbentuknya kedasaran masyarakat akan potensi wisata yang ada didaerahnya.

Abstract

The research aims to increase people's creativity in managing plastic waste into goods that have economic value. This research raises the issue of tackling plastic waste in Lumajang Regency. The object of this research was conducted in Pasrujambe District, Lumajang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study model. Data collection in this study used two ways, namely interviews and observations. Furthermore, after the data was collected from the informants, analysis was carried out. The results of this study indicate that the Pasrujambe community consisting of PKK, Gerbangmas and PKK Friends enthusiastically participated in the training stages. Starting from plastic waste creation training, marketing training through social media to simple accounting training. The results of this training the community can make, among others, bags, plastic drinking containers, flowers, pencil cases, vases and so on. In addition, the community has also been able to market these products through FB, WA and Instagram and the community has also benefited from the plastic waste creation products they make.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang datang begitu tiba-tiba memberikan dampak penurunan pedapatan bagi para pedagang kaki lima di alun-alun Lumajang. Keadaan ini tidak diketahui sampai seberapa lamanya terjadi. Untuk itu para pedagang kaki lima yang ada di alun-alun Lumajang berusaha untuk tetap bertahan agar dapat mencukupi keluarganya di masa pandemic covid 19 ini. Untuk itu para pedagang kaki lima berusaha mengubah strategi yang awalnya berdagang secara tradisional menjadi berdagang secara online. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1). Mendeskripsikan kondisi Pedagang Kaki Lima akibat pandemi Covid-19 yang ada di alun-alun Lumajang, 2). Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi pedagang kaki lima di alun-alun Lumajang untuk dapat mempertahankan usahanya. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian berupa studi kasus. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan analisis data model interaktif dan disajikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi pedagang kaki lima yang ada di alun-alin Lumajang akibat pandemi Covid-19 pada awalnya mengalami penurunan pendapatan yang sangat drastis, namun mereka berhasil bangkit dan mempertahankan usahanya meski pendapatan mereka tidak bisa kembali seperti semula. Strategi pedagang kaki lima di alun-alun Lumajang dalam mempertahankan usahanya di tengah pandemi Covid-19 diantaranya ditempuh dengan cara memperluas pangsa pasar dengan menggunakan media sosial, membuat produk baru, serta melakukan kerjasama dengan pedagang kaki lima yang lain

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has been going on since the beginning of 2020. During the pandemic, people are expected to stay at home, unless there is a need that cannot be left behind. Staying at home really makes people bored, especially children. However, the problem of staying at home is not just boredom, but also an increase in expenses at home for the family. Not only that, layoffs or layoffs for employees to factory workers are a new problem for a family. This is all because the level of transmission of this virus is increasingly widespread. For this reason, the TP PKK Lumajang Regency made an innovation, namely Pawon Urip. This innovation made the community service team of STIE Widya Gama Lumajang together with the Pasrujambe District government participate in the success of this Pawon Urip program. In this community empowerment, three activities were carried out including: 1) Outreach to the community about community service activities by supporting a Lumajang Regency government program. 2) Training for the community on vegetable cultivation, marketing and financial management. 3) Monitoring the results of training provision and seeing to what extent the level of success of these community empowerment activities. The results of this community empowerment are very satisfying. It is proven by the community that they can apply the results of cultivation training, market and manage finances well. So that the community service team felt that they could release the people of Munggir Hamlet, Pasrujambe Village, Pasrujambe District well.

Abstract

Pada saat pandemic Covid-19 banyak pelaku UMKM mengalami penurunan pendapatan. Penurunan ini karena adanya pembatasan atau ruang gerak masyarakat untuk keluar rumah. Turunnya daya beli masyarakat membuat UMKM berfikir dengan bijak untuk merubah penjualannya yang awalnya secara langsung menjadi online. Hal ini dilakukan agar dapat melanjutkan usaha yang UMKM dirikan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan model atau strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan di masa pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sampel pelaku UMKM berasal dari desa Tanggung, Kecamatan Padang, Kabupaten Lumajang. Tahap analisis data dimulai dari koleksi, reduksi, display, verifikasi, dan simpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilitas, member check, dependabilitas, konfirmabilitas, dan transferabilitas. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa beberapa kendala yang dialami pelaku UMKM desa Tanggung terletak pada inovasi produk, proses pemasaran produk dan kurangnya keterampilan pelaku UMKM. Sehingga strategi pemberdayaan yang paling dibutuhkan para pelaku UMKM adalah pemberdayaan inovasi produk, pemasaran produk dan keterampilan. Dengan pemberian pelatihan dan monitoring kepada pelaku UMKM diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul akibat Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how far the buying experience can affect the loyalty of Traveloka Online Experience users. This study uses the independent variable (X) namely online buying experience and the dependent variable (Y) namely customer loyalty. The population of this study is all consumers who use Traveloka Online Experiance in the city of Surabaya. Sampling was carried out using the Non Probability Sampling technique with the Purposive Sampling method. The criteria for determining the sample used in this study are as follows: Users who have used Traveloka Online Experience for more than 3 months. With a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from this study indicate that the experience of buying online greatly affects consumers' loyalty to a product or service. This is evident from the trust and satisfaction of consumers for the product or service purchased. So that consumers will indirectly introduce the product to others.
