PENGARUH PROGRAM KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

The research of this study was to explain of occupational Health and Safety program (K3), work motivation and performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP East Java and Bali II, the influence of K3 program on employee motivation, the influence of K3 program on employee performance, the influence of work motivation on employee performance. Research method with quantitative approach through survey method. The independent variables are the safety plan (X1), the occupational health plan (X2). The intervening variable of work motivation (Y1) and dependent variable is employee performance (Y2). Sample used 51 respondents. The result of the research is known that K3 program has been implemented well. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) program has a significant effect on employee work motivation. (K3) program has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation of work have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: occupational health and safety program, work motivation, employee performance ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) UIP Jawa Bagian Timur dan Bali II, pengaruh program K3 terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, pengaruh program K3 terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei. Variabel bebasnya adalah rancangan keselamatan kerja (X1), rancangan kesehatan kerja (X2). Variabel intervening motivasi kerja (Y1) dan variabel terikat adalah kinerja karyawan (Y2). Sampel digunakan 51 responden. Hasil penelitian diketahui program K3 sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Program K3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Program K3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
