EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN PADA PAUD

Abstract

Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik masing-masing cara evaluasi dengan observasi di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Penelitian dilakukan di Lab School Universitas PGRI Madiun, Cendekia Kids School (CKS). Permasalahan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru kesulitan memilih instrumen evaluasi yang sesuai. Akibatnya setelah dianalisis antara Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH) dengan lembar evaluasi yang sudah dibuat oleh guru ternyata tidak sesuai. Permasalahan ini membuat peneliti mencoba menganalisis cara evaluasi pembelajaran di sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi dan analisis dokumen. Observasi dilakukan dengan melakukan pengamatan perkembangan anak menggunakan instrumen evaluasi catatan anekdot, running records, ceklis, time sampling, dan event sampling. Analisis dokumen dilakukan dengan menganalisis RPPH, dan dokumen hasil evaluasi pembelajaran. Langkah analisis data yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Penelitian menemukan bahwa pada penilaian observasi di PAUD memiliki beberapa cara observasi yang kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Kelebihan dan kekurangan ini dapat digunakan oleh guru untuk menentukan cara evaluasi yang tepat sesuai dengan perencanaan pembelajaran.   Abstract  This study aimed to determine the characteristics of each method of evaluation by observation in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The research was conducted at the Lab School at Madiun PGRI University, Cendekia Kids School (CKS). The problems in field indicate that the teacher has difficult to choose appropriate evaluation instrument. As a result, after being analyzed between the lesson plan and the evaluation sheet was inappropriate. This problem made the researcher tried to analyze the way of learning evaluation in school. The data collection technique used was by observation and analysis of documents. Observations carried out by observing the development of children using instruments to evaluate anecdotes record, running record, checklist, time sampling, and event sampling. Document analysis was carried out by analyzing lesson plan, and the results of learning evaluation documents. The steps of data analysis carried out were data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The study found that in the observation assessment in ECE  there were several ways of observing the advantages and disadvantages of each. These advantages and disadvantages can be used by the teacher to determine the appropriate evaluation method in accordance with the lesson plan.
