LITERATURE REVIEW: HUBUNGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PADA PENCEGAHAN KEJADIAN TIDAK DIHARAPKAN (KTD)

Abstract

Program keselamatan pasien pada pencegahan KTD berguna untuk mengurangi tingkat kecacatan atau kesalahan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien di rumah sakit. Untuk dapat menjalankan visi dan misi rumah sakit maka diperlukan komitmen organisasi yang baik, jadi setiap perawat sebaiknya memiliki engagedment yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja mereka, sehingga dengan komitmen organisasi yang baik akan meningkatkan perilaku pencegahan KTD.Metodologi : Pencarian artikel menggunakan Medline, Science Direct, Pro Quest, dan Google Schollar untuk menemukan artikel sesuai kriteria kemudian dilakukan review. Hasil : Ada hubungan yang kuat antara komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja pada perilaku pencegahan KTD dengan nilai p <0,05. Komitmen afektif dan normatif merupakan komitmen organisasi yang baik dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasiSaran : Perlunya perhatian pihak manajerial untuk dapat memelihara dan meningkatkan komitmen organisasi ke arah komitmen afektif sehingga meningkatkan perilaku pencegahan KTD di rumah sakit. Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja, Keselamatan Pasien, Literature Review ABSTRACT Patient safety programs on the prevention of adverse events is not expected to be useful for reducing the level of defects or errors in providing care for patients in hospital. In order to implement the vision and mission of the hospital will require good organizational commitment, so every nurse should have engagedment which could affect their performance, so that organizational commitment that will either enhance the adverse event prevention behaviors. Methodology: The research was conducted by using Medline, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, and Google Scholar to find articles according to criteria to be reviewed then. Results: There was a strong correlation between organizational commitment and performance on preventive health behaviors adverse events with a value of p <0.05. Affective and normative commitment is a commitment that both organizations in realizing the vision and mission of the organization. Suggestion: The need for attention managerial parties to maintain and enhance the commitment of the organization towards affective commitment to increase prevention behaviors adverse events in hospitals.
