<![CDATA[Binahong leaves offer a lot of benefits, including being used as an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and analgesic, which are very useful for maintaining oral health. The purpose of this study was to formulate and evaluate the physical stability of toothpaste preparations from the ethanol extract of Binahong Leaf (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis) with Natrii Carboxymethylellulosum as a thickener. Binahong Leaf Extract toothpaste formulation was made through the addition of Natrii Carboxymethylellulosum of 2.5%, 3.5%, and 4.5% concentrations. The toothpaste was evaluated based on organoleptic, pH, homogeneity, and formation of high foam. The results showed a homogeneous toothpaste with a light green color, distinctive aroma of extracts and mint, sweet taste, a pH of around 6, and a foam height of 11 cm. From the evaluation results, toothpaste with Natrii Carboxymethylellulosum of 2.5% concentration has a better physical quality compared to other formulas.Keywords: Binahong Leaves, Natrii Carboxymethylellulosum, ToothpasteDaun binahong memiliki banyak manfaat seperti antiinflamasi, antibakteri, dan analgesik yang sangat berguna untuk menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memformulasi dan mengevaluasi stabilitas fisik sediaan pasta gigi dari ekstrak etanol Daun Binahong (Anredera cordifolia (ten.) Steenis) dengan Natrii Carboxymethylellulosum sebagai pengental. Formulasi pasta gigi Ekstrak Daun Binahong dibuat dengan penambahan Natrii Carboxymethylellulosum sebesar 2,5%, 3,5%, dan 4,5%. Pasta gigi dievaluasi organoleptik, pH, homogenitas dan pembentukan tinggi busa. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan persiapan pasta gigi homogen dengan warna hijau muda, aroma khas ekstrak dan mint, serta rasa manis, pH berkisar 6, dan pembentukan tinggi busa sebesar 11 cm.
