Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus setelah penerapan metode bermain melalui kegiatan finger painting pada kelompok B2 semester II di TK Santa Maria Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 29 anak kelompok B2 TK Santa Maria Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Data mengenai kemampuan motorik halus dikumpulkan dengan pengumpulan data metode observasi dengan menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus setelah penerapan metode bermain melalui kegiatan finger painting pada siklus I sebesar 65,93% yang berada pada kategori sedang, ternyata mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 82,93% yang pada katagori tinggi. Jadi, peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan anak sebesar 17%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode bermain melalui kegiatan finger painting dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak.Kata Kunci : metode bermain, kegiatan finger painting, peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus This study aims to determine the increase in the fine motor skills after the application of the method of playing through finger painting in the second half B2 group in kindergarten Santa Maria Singaraja academic year 2014/2015. The research is classroom action research (PTK) are conducted in two cycles. The subjects were 29 children in group B2 TK Santa Maria Singaraja in the academic year 2014/2015. Data on fine motor skills are collected by the data collection methods of observation using observation sheet instruments. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and quantitative descriptive analysis. The result showed that an increase in fine motor skills after the application of the method of playing through finger painting on the first cycle of 65.93% were in middle category, it increased in the second cycle into 82.93% were in the high category. Thus, an increase in the beginning of the child's reading ability by 17%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of the method of playing through finger painting can improve fine motor skills of children.keyword : playing method, finger painting activities, an increase in the fine motorr skills
