Fish auction was formed and established by government to sell the catch. This study focused on social services, levy, facilities and infrastructure of Wadas fish auction in Bojonegara based on local regulation of Serang Regency no. 9 in 2001. This study used qualitative method. The data was collected through interview. The informants were fishermen, fish collectors, and fish auction management. The results of the study showed that the process of service in Wadas fish auction was done in public and witnessed by merchants/retailers. The total levy is 5%, which is consisted of 2% from fisherman and 3% from fish collectors. The supporting facilities from local government were including seaport as boat harbor and fish containers.
