<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila Education in Higher Education after promulgation of Director General of Higher Education Decree No.43 Year 2006 Regarding Guidance of Personality Subject in Higher Education. This is a qualitative research. The research is located in Faculty of Education of Sebelas Maret University. Faculty of Education has twenty departments. But after promulgation of Director General Decree, Civic Education Department is the only one department that implements Pancasila Education as an independent subject. The others eliminate its subject because Director General Decree states that Pancasila Education is not obligatory subject. Based on the Decree, Pancasila is only part of Civic Education Subject.
