<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors which influenced the tax aggressiveness . Leverage, Liquidity, Capital Intensity, and Corporate Governance are the independence variable that be used in this research. Futhermore we aim to find out about how Corporate Governance can moderate the Independence variable to Tax Aggressiveness.This research use statistical method as the tool to analyze. We find that the result from partial test shows the factors affect the tax aggressiveness significantly are Leverage, Liquidity, Capital Intensity. Furthermore, Corporate Governance can moderate the connection Leverage, Liquidity,Capital Intensity to Tax Aggressiveness. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Aggresivitas Pajak. Leverage, likiuiditas , Capital Intensity dan Corporate Governance adalah variable independen yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Lebih lanjut kita juga akan meneliti bagaimana Corporate Governance dapat memoderasi variable independen terhadap Aggresivitas pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik sebagai alat untuk menganalisa. Kita menemukan hasil dari pengolahan uji parsial bahwa Aggresivitas pajak di pengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Leverage ,Likuiditas dan Capital Intensity. Lebih lanjut Corporate Governannce terbukti dapat memoderasi hubungan leverage ,likuiditas dan Capital intensity terhadap Aggresivitas pajak.]]>
