<![CDATA[Abstrak Salah satu target keberhasilan program imunisasi adalah tercapainya UCI yang merupakan cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap bayi secara merata pada bayi di 100% desa/kelurahan. Salah satu bidang di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan adalah Seksi Pengamatan Penyakit, Imunisasi dan Kesehatan Matra yang salah satu program kerjanya adalah program imunisasi termasuk UCI. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk mengetahui pengelolaan program di Seksi Pengamatan Penyakit, Imunisasi dan Kesehatan Matra Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Kegiatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan observasional deskriptif dengan metode studi dokumentasi dan literatur. Hasil observasi dan data ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yang akan diprioritaskan menggunakan metode Bryant sehingga prioritas masalah adalah capaian UCI desa Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan belum dapat mencapai target tahun 2013. Pemecahan masalah berdasarkan faktor risiko penyebab masalah yang  kemudian diprioritaskan kembali dan didapatkan pemecahan masalah yaitu refreshing bidan pelaksana program imunisasi sebagai upaya peningkatan pencapaian target UCI Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Kegiatan refreshing merupakan upaya penyegaran pengetahuan bagi bidan sebagai petugas imunisasi melalui berbagai pertemuan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan petugas. Melalui kegiatan refreshing ini, diharapkan capaian UCI desa/kelurahan di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan dapat mencapai target.   Kata-kata kunci: Universal Child Immunization (UCI), Program Imunisasi, Refreshing, Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan SelatanAbstract  One of the success target of immunization program is the achievement of UCI which is the basis of a complete infant immunization coverage evenly in infants in 100% of village. One of the division in Health Department South Kalimantan Province is Observation Disease, Immunization and Health Dimension Section which one of  the work programs is immunization program including UCI . The purpose of this research was determined the management of the program in Observation Disease, Immunization and Health Dimension Section of Health Department South Kalimantan Province. This research used descriptive observational approach with documentation study and literature review. The result of observations and data founded several problems that will be prioritized using Bryant method and so that the priority issue was achievement of UCI village in South Kalimantan Province has not been able to reach the target in 2013. Problem solving based on the risk factors cause of problem that prioritized again and gathered the problem solving were making refreshing midwife program as the implementers of immunization as an effort to improve the achievement of UCI South Kalimantan. Refreshing is an activity to refresh the knowledge of midwives as immunization workers through various meetings and training to improve the skills of workers.
