Abstract

This study used a qualitative research approach using the case study method. The background ofthis research is focusedon the description of an educational implementation in the community empowerment activities. This empowerment activity is the initiative of a young entrepreneur, the owner of Chocodot company from Garut. The concept of empowerment is implemented by organizing the energizer ofsmall and medium enterprises (SME) into Gapura Sigar. The energizer SMEs guided to develop creative entrepreneurship based on local wisdom. Keywords: community empowering, creative entrepreneur, local wisdom.
