<![CDATA[Abstrak Kinerja guru dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya yaitu pendidikan, pelatihan dan komunikasi organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan serta komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Tahunan Jepara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri 1 Tahunan Jepara yang berjumlah 33 guru. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sensus yaitu mengambil seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan pelatihan dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Pelatihan, Komunikasi Organisasi, Kinerja. AbstractTeacher performance can be influenced by various factors, including education, training and organizational communication. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of education and training and organizational communication on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Tahunan Jepara. The type of this research is explanatory research. The population of this study is all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Tahunan Jepara, amounting to 33 teachers. The sampling technique used is the census method that takes all members of the population as a sample of research. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis.
