Many central business of districs do not have utilities. For the street tradings are on the sidewalk and the parking vehicles are on the street, the circulation of pedestrian are disturbed. Although Semarang is Capital of Central Java, in the fact it can not realise pedestrian as one of traffic elements. This research wants to descriptive authority for pedestrian at 6 Semarang pedestrian facilities. The data are running at correlational-description. Pedestrian's ideas for sidewalk are it's wide too small (41,33%), it's step is too high (14,67%); for zebracross are there are many indiscipline drivers (35,71%), there are many street trading and beggars at zebracross (26,53%); for pedestrian bridge are it's wide too small (29,21%), there are many drivers bellow it not discipline (15,73%). The six pedestrian facilities show that pedestrian do not get competency in traffic movement. The pedestrian has to be attention and priority, especially when he is at his facilities. The right of way for the pedestrian could concrete with preparing/repairing his facilities and giving penalty for the traffic users that not give attention and priority for his circulation.
