<![CDATA[Proses produksi sagu di Desa Haya Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dilakukan secara semi-mekanis. Hasil produksi berupa sagu basah (sagu tumang). Home industry Sagoe merupakan startup yang mengolah sagu tumang menjadi tepung sagu. Proses produksi yang dilakukan sangat sederhana mulai dari pengeringan, penghalusan, pentapisan, dan pengemasan. Tepung sagu yang dihasilkan masih mengandung partikel-partikel kecil ela sagu. Sehingga tepung sagu harus melewati proses perendaman terlebih dahulu sebelum digunakan untuk mendapatkan pati sagu yang bersih. Tepung sagu “Sagoe” dijual dengan harga Rp. 11.000/pack untuk ukuran 450 gram. Penentuan harga ini mengikuti harga yang telah ada di pasar. Jadi mitra belum memiliki metode perhitungan dalam menentukan harga jual produknya.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan tiga tahapan, yaitu: tahapan persiapan, tahapan inti, dan tahapan evaluasi. Pada tahapan inti dilakukan pendampingan proses produksi dan pendampingan perhitungan harga jual tepung sagu. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah diperoleh proses produksi yang mampu memberikan tepung sagu yang lebih bersih. Selain itu, mitra juga telah mengetahui cara menentukan harga jual produk dengan metode cost plus pricing. This price determination follows the existing prices in the market. So partners do not have a calculation method in determining the selling price of their products. This community service activity uses three stages, namely: the preparation stage, the core stage, and the evaluation stage. At the core stage, assistance in the production process is carried out and assistance in calculating the selling price of sago flour. The result of this activity is a production process that is able to provide cleaner sago starch. In addition, partners also know how to determine the selling price of products using the cost plus pricing method.
